This app fails often and uninstalling and reinstalling does not fix the problem when I bought a new phone I had to buy the unlocker again even though I already owned it this is one of the worst apps I've ever downloaded. Buy way player instead for $0.99 works the first time right out of the box and no unlocker to deal with.
Android version 5.01 on Nexus 5, crashes upon selecting file. Report sent.
To whom it may concern, in support I paid for the pro version of this app. After restoring phone to factory setting it seem I have to pay again. Please fix this issue, thanks...
It crashes everytime I try to play a .wav file.
I have the paid version and it worked great for years, but it instantly crashes on launch on my new Samsung S8.
No longer opens files after lollipop update on Samsung Note 4.
This app doesn't work. Bought the unlocker app and now it just crashes every time I try to open a .wav file.

I have email with no reply I have paid for this program and I'm unable to use due to continuously crashing on latest version of android 5.0.2.
I liked this app--it worked well until the last OS update, then it reverted back to the trial version. What's up with that?

Ever since the recent android update(5.0.2), this program will not work ever with any file. Uninstalled and re-installed but still always says "unfortunately, picus player has stopped". I paid for this app, so fix this asap!

This app was something I looked for a good while. Only had it a few months (Purchased) and next thing I know it's telling me I have a trial version. This is unlawful acts, especially without providing fair notice and option to keep product customers paid for.
