The app has an inbox with offers but no way to redeem them. Also, sometimes it gives you the circle of pie points and other times it doesn't.
Why the HECC (f-word, basically) can't I rate this in a simpler way. The food is absolutely great, but I'd rather break my own toes than deal with the absolute BS, self felatting, "vegan" (if it was unclear that what I chose was INTENTIONALLY not vegan I'm gonna be profoundly upset), choises. It's not clear. They don't partner with Doordash. I'm a regular and part of their rewards program and still get jack spit. I hate them. I absolutely f***ing hate them. Get a delivery service, you A-holes!!
I generally go to Pie5 once a week. I get the thin crust, with all the fresh toppings (except the ones to which I am allergic). With points, I am able to get a free pizza every few months.
Signed up cause I was hoping there was a loyalty program, and there so is. I got free garlic bread when signing up. Eating a loaded pie of awesomeness is my idea of nomminess. As a fan of Pie Five Pizzas, I love how smooth the app works and the perks of being your fan. How do I use the app when I order inhouse and pay with cash?
App wont let me add a pizza to order. Says i need to make a selection for make it a bundle but not clear at all how. No options for that question
Very good pizza with alot of options. The spicy sauce really makes the pizza. Ask for extra spicy sauce 2 scoops makes it a very nice dish. Jeff
This app doesn't work at all on S9 +. Just spins when you launch it.
Every time I use it, I check the box to save payment but it never saves.
Bugs. Everytime I try to order it just crashes

I love this pizza place but this app wont even let me sign in. I recieved a half a birthday reward but the app wont let me sign in to redeem it smh.
Can't order ahead at all. Went to local Pie5. They know of issue. Many report issue they can't order from app. Android LG G6.
You know what used to be annoying? Carrying a stupid card for every place you wanted a discount. You know what's even more annoying? Having to install an app for every place you want a discount. I'm waiting for the day you have to carry a satchel for every place you want a discount.

LOOK AT THE PERMISSIONS!!! The company wants way more information than they need to sell you a pizza. Are they collecting & selling data? I got the app & immediately turned off as many features as I could, but they still have a lot of access. I'll get my next free pizza then dump this. The keyring tags were fine, they should stick with those.
An example of a great fast food app. I can order ahead, don't have to link a credit card, save past orders and easily repeat them, and earn points by spending money which I can then redeem to save money on my next order. I know that using my app is saving me money and is worth having installed on my phone.
