Piedmont Now

Was very useful until forced to upgrade app which doesn't work. Now I can't access my medical records, test results and appointments because you can't bypass the upgrade. Very disappointed and at a loss.

Used to work great now it crashes every time I go to the calendar to see appointments. I've missed a few because I couldn't see what was scheduled. Every other feature seems to work as intended. Please fix the calendar section.

I like being able to access all my health care info in one place. The app can be kind of hard to navigate. For instance my pcp wants a copy of a test I had done and I cannot find a way to text, email, or print a hard copy of the test results and since my pcp is not part of piedmont, she can't see the results.

My experience at the hospital was great but this app will not show any of my records from my visit.

The doctors reply quickly to messages. Shows upcoming appointments and your medicines. Also can set up appointments online this app is great all together highly recommend it!

I liked the app to begin with but now it keeps crashing. I cannot get in to see my chart.

Confusing at times regarding terms used tbat I am not familar with and the programs that were jusr upgrated turn my computer screen parralle and I can not use the neumeric portion. Sometimes it will return to perpendecular and most of the time it won't, Realy flustrating, especialy to some one 79 years old.

This app is great when it works. It's been crashing continuously and not even opening for months. I've always made sure it's updated and it still crashes.

This app is horrible...it crashes so frequently now. I can't see appointments, complete e-check in, etc. No matter how much I report the problem, it's never resolved.

Never worked, always sending reports on not working.

The map is great! There are so many Piedmont facilities it's hard to find where you need to go: especially if you have no sense direction. Now I can pull the directions up on my phone! Thank you 😊

Need the fix some of the problems that is having like video chat.

Great product wonderful for keeping up with test results, hospital visits, treatment plans, just a great app well rounded a d very helpful for keeping your health information.

Keeps crashing right after loading. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, reseting the app, everything. Nothing seems to fix it.

This app is horrible. It won't let me schedule appointments or choose providers. I send messages and no one responds.

It's good. Now stop asking me to rate it.

The app is hit and miss but when it's working it's ok. Not that easy to navigate.

Doesnt record all the information you need

Easy to use

New problem: when I access my chart>appts I can view the date/time/dr. If I want to view past appt notes I have to uninstall Piedmont Now and reinstall each and every time. What is the issue?

This app is awesome. I have written many messages to my doctors & they reply really quick. I wish all my doctors would use it.

Not able to message my Doctor. Cannot remove all messages from old appointments. I also have it linked to my well star my chart.
