App wouldn't even open when I tired to sign in numerous times. Info was correct but it was just loading back to the Sign In screen 🤷🏾 really really annoying taking app off my phone.

Used to be an app that I would use weekly to get my pizza fix. However I haven't been able to use it for the past 3 years after it had logged me out of my account. Any attempt to try to relog or recover my password doesnt go through. Even trying on a web browser doesnt work. This just discourages me from wanting to go back.

Doesn't let me log in. I've been trying for the past year and nothing. The app kicked me out unexpectedly. Not purchasing from here especially when I can't use my rewards. 👎

Needs "extra" options and the option for sun dried tomatoes because that is an option IN store but not on the app. Update this app please and actually see what the stores have as options.

Good pizzeria with great selection of toppings for practically no extra cost. Other menu items though are kinda pricey, though. However, I am still sad over the loss of the deep dish option. After update app became easier to use to order delivery. all in all, it's a satisfactory service and restaurant. Hope it stays that way for a long time.

Messages that pop up on my phone don't transfer over to the app where they tell me to go to to see what's new. They don't list all the toppings they have at the store, all the choices. Just bought two pizzas, app is saying I have no points. Despite all this, we absolutely love Pieology. My husband was able to order a pizza off the app and that all worked out fine. ... so just a few kinks.

This app worked OK menu wise and ordering, but the bar code never scanned, before it was updated. Now, it will not allow me to log in. Each and every time I try logging in an error message tells me my date of birth is required to create an account. Yet, the only thing that shows is e-mail and password. But when I click to log in, the error telling me my date of birth is required appears. So I uninstalled the app. And it has way too many permissions required. I'll be going elsewhere.

The developer didn't read the review, the issue happens with the app, website, and in the store. Reloading the app does not affect the website or in store. Also happens on my other phone. Decided to waste my time and reinstall it and guess what, it's still screwed up. Had no issues with the app until I tried redeeming a reward. No matter what I tried it refused to accept the reward. Went to a store and had the same problem. I opened a ticket and provided the info requested and the info provided from the store. It's been over 10 days since the ticket been open and six days from the last update from them. Today the 21st and still no fix or contact from the company.

would not work. I attempted to put in an order but the app got stuck on a loading screen and would not continue (checked connection and everything was in working order). The layout of the app is nice and intuitive, but that doesn't mean much when you can't compete an order using it.

I love the flavor of their pizza and the many options. I'm normally a thin crust kind of lady, but their thick crust is really good, so that's what I order. I also love the chocolate chip cookies and pomegranate lemonade.

Always easy and super user friendly.

Preferred the old version. This new version makes it tedious to order and is visually unappealing. The old version had pictures of the ingredients which helped to allow my nonverbal son show me how he wanted his pizza. Another disadvantage is there is no confirmation email when the order has been placed.

Useless!!! Referral link should be unique. Friend installed & when switched screens to copy my referral code, the input field disappeared! Didn't get entered into the sweepstakes despite downloading the app for the 1st time on pi day. Cannot scan receipt's barcode!! When manually entered claims invalid - total BS!! PLUS had no opportunity to scan in store.

it worked the first time I used it, but now the scanner keeps telling me it can't find my check! so I can't scan my barcode within the 72 hours.... frustrated. update: I received a pleasant response and explanation for my issue, my points were added in and was given free pizzas, so that deserves an updated review from 2 stars to 5!

app totally sucks! couldnt order and it kept saying error smh. of course, the people from pieology will reply to this and say " make sure YOUR phone is up to date" blahh as if its not their app. nope- i tried on both me and my husbands phone. no luck at all! and we have 2 completely different phones. it was just the worst experience and unconvenient

The pits, only 25 letter to describe any special request.... are you crazy... think you meant words. Need to put banana peppers as a choice there's 14 spaces in that request alone, spinach as choice, you can add these in store. You should have an easy tab, such as easy cheese, too much ruins my pizza. I tried to go back... no go back feature in the app.... the app kept freezing... what was wrong with the last app, it worked perfectly!

So I ordered for the first time today, selecting curbside pickup. I think that the pizza was ready when I got there, but the app said the order status was "in progress" even several minutes after the chosen time. No one came out to the curb, so I walked in and picked up the pizza. This was not a huge deal under the circumstances, but it would be nice if the app and infrastructure tried a little harder.

I find your app far easier than most, but there's 1 thing I'd change.... Place Order button is a big green button at the bottom. Once you've ordered, it changes to a big green button to Cancel Order... Can't tell you how many times I was certain I canceled my order as sometimes there's a lag in response.

Terrible. Everytime I order something goes wrong. I have yet been able to preorder for pickup. Then I'm filthy from work and I have to go inside and stand in a long line. I filled everything out put in my credit card and it just won't finish. I have look at the sign that says save time get our app. I've only lost time. 18mins it tells me. 1 hour and still waiting. Why?

It's fine for looking at your account. Doesn't work for online ordering. Tried using the app twice to order pizzas, both times the store manager said it didn't print. We had to wait while they made the pizzas, not sure if it is the store or the application that is at fault. Overall, it's a waste of time.

New app is terrible They have it so there is no easy way to add your past favorite orders to a new order. There needs to be a way to just save a favorite and add it to a new order with one or 2 clicks. This new version is bad. Makes me not want to order anymore

Mostly user friendly, but one big Negative is that you cannot add your receipts after purchasing, if you forget to show your app's qr code when purchasing in-store. There have been so many times I forget about using my app because I'm too overwhelmed by trying to figure out what my kids want on their pizzas!

This app is a total nonsense. To redeem the buy one get one offer I install the app place the whole order and at the checkout I entered the credit card number and it says your order cannot be processed call the restaurant directly. Total waste of time. I'm uninstalling this app and moving on to something else.

when ordering online, the gluten free (pre-made)special, there's more topping options that are not available for the regular custom made pizzas which is disappointing (gluten free custom made pizza too). The app keeps changing layout wise, once I get used to one version another comes out that is completely different. Not the end of the world but a bit annoying. The prices keep going up too 😫 example: ranch used to be free, then 75cents, now $1 the pizzas have gone up the most. love Pizza tho

They changed the app so not only was my saved password no longer auto populated but when you go to order a pizza it adds thick crust (a premium) as the default so you have to change it. When you try to redeem a reward it doesn't seem to work either.

The Pieology app has to be the worst restaurant related app ever! Absolutely everything was tedious and labor intensive. To me, the point of an app is to make things faster and more convenient. This app literally made everything painfully slow and frustrating. Not a good look for you Pieology!

app is not very user friendly, and my local store is awful. I place an online order, wait 40 minutes to go pick up my order and when I arrive they usually have not even started making my pizza's. This is probably a problem associated with just my local pieology but after making me either late for work or go to work hungry more than once they have lost my business.

Great app and fantastic food (love the guilt-free cauliflower crust) but make sure you save your payment when you order because next time you order, even though it shows an option of your card, if your payment wasn't previously saved, it says your transaction was declined and you have to put it in and click save payment. >:(

Rewards don't work and I got charged for em. They show up in the subtotal but don't actually affect the price and you're charged full price while losing the rewards. Customer service doesn't reply either so you're wasting your time if you save up.
