Lost the order a couple of times in the app. If you go back once, then you have to sign in again and the cart is empty. Good thing the pizza is great!!! :)
UPDATE: The problems with ordering for delivery continue. It just doesn't work. I even tried reinstalling. Also, the app freezes every time it starts, and I have to restart every time. Every time. This app is so frustrating that I look to other places for pizza. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Okay for order pick up. Doesn't work for order delivery; I keep getting an error message when trying to make an order for delivery. I haven't made a successful delivery order yet.
There are parts of the menu that do not come up on the screen. I wanted to order dessert with my dinner but the whole dessert menu was blank
Update: they fixed the app and it works great now! The app has stopped working. All it does is freeze up and pause. I order food 3 times a week online from Piezonis, then more in person. The app just freezes up and doesnt finction at all anymore. It sucks. I have to order on the website using my phone. Its a pain in the ass to entire my reward codes. Fix the app NOW!
App is broken. App asks for location and then tells me location doesn't work (I have my location turned on but okay). I then try entering my Zip code, that's gotta work right? I find the Piezonis I want to order from but there's an error. That App won't proceed beyond this screen. What a waste of time... don't bother with this App.
I really like this app very much, it is the only one that is easy to use. I never have any problems order from here, others apps freeze up or the get the order wrong and it can really get frustrating. This is a quick and easy way to order and have it ready for when you arrive.
First time using it very easy to navigate and find what you want. Only thing I'd do is add the option of adding the coupons from a list. I had a menu which had it on it so no big deal but it saved me $7
Cons: Very glitchy with logging in to my account, and with entering credit card info. No way to order sides like extra sauces, and no way to add special instructions to individual items Pros: After figuring out login issues, was able to order successfully
seems easy enough to navigate. I wish there were better coupon deals that didnt include pizza. Would definitely order from here more often if they offered better online coupon deals (ex: 15% off online order, free small pizza for order totaling more than $40.00, etc).
Such a great app. So easy to use, easy to navigate. No ads and you can add a tip. Or plan for a different time to be delivered. Love ordering from piezonis so easy!
I like the app, but it needs a couple of tweaks. First, there's no option to select gluten free pizza. Second, the only dessert listed is a cookie pizza. You should list the regular cookies, marshmallow treats and gluten free brownies that you sell. Especially, since the special instructions area on the form doesn't allow more than 32 characters. Ive mentioned this before & still nothing was done!
Not too bad; intuitive menu system and it works fairly quickly (even on a slow connection), but it has crashed a few times while placing orders.
Can't remove items from the cart and going back clears the entire thing.
I placed an order via this app, and I was informed that the purchase was successfully completed. I was also informed that I would receive an email confirming the order, shortly. However, I have yet see such a thing. This is the reason for the 1 star. I had to call the restaurant to have them confirm that the order had in fact gone through. Completely ruined the purpose of convenience
I've uninstalled and reinstalled ... I don't know, 6 or 7 times. How did I finally get it to respond? By pretending to sign up, them all of a sudden I'm signed in. UPDATE: Trying again months later ... the app simply will not work.
5 stars because it's a local business, but the app needs some improvement. The only selectable date for placing a future order is January 1st. I love New Years Day as much as the next guy 🥂 but I just wanted to pick up my pizza a few hours from now.
Literally an option for anything you can imagine. Clean and simple interface. Zero complaints first time using it.
This app is terrible and needs major upgrades. The app is constantly deleting my order in the checkout screen. Nor is it very user friendly.
The app is ok, and it kept freezing and I had to keep exiting out and redoing the order and needs to be better on going back and editing the order. It needs to bring you back to the summary of the order after you minus out an order
It works and isn't a problem. Could definitely use some adjustments for app-saavy types, but otherwise does the job damn well!
This app used to work fine but for the past few months I haven't been able to use it to order for delivery. I get an error message every time and so does my husband. We both have Android phones. Is there a know issue?
Takes 2 tries to log in. Can't set default store. Can't order ahead for dining in. Can't order a calzone, let alone a custom one like I always do at the store. Can't order a fountain drink.
App is buggy. I had to cancel my order twice before it would allow me to update the credit card expiration date.
Creating an account is not easily navigated. Location, address, store location, store address. Not clear
Can't complete order. Asks to set my default store using address, then crashes after selecting web pickup.
Stupid setup...they tell you to not put certain characters in the account setup fields but it doesn't tell you what they want.
Very easy to use this app. Love the saved previous orders for the creatures of habit.
It glitches out all the time.....Only way to get ot to work is click repeat order.....make new order ......then delete old order Annoying
Easy and very simple to use plus you get double the reward points.
This is just a few quirks away from perfect. The site has a slight lag and could do with a little more optimization and a delivery option for no-contact delivery (I have a private entrance and usually have orders left in my hallway) as well as an order tracking feature after your payment is accepted would you a long way to perfecting this app. But aside from that, this is everything you could want in a pizza & delivery app.
