The beauty of an application or software is its ability to solve its intended purpose and allow users have a seamless flow through it (in other words good user experience). Awesome!!! Use this to save, its amazing... There's no bank charges monthly and you get interest and coins when you save often. This app has really helping me to start and sustain a saving culture. Now, there's a new feature, that enables you save in dollars. Its the best thing. Although, the investment is always sold out!!! Please look into that cause I'd love to invest.🙄
One of the best thing about using Piggyvest is its User interface and experience. Piggyvest’s UI is clean, simple and user friendly. There is no information overload on the interface. The fonts used in the interface is readable and understandable. The texts are understandable I also used the web version and I loved the UI/UX The texts are understandable. The flow is smooth and simple. The colour scheme is nice and easy on the eyes.
Each update increase the complexity of the application. It becomes more and more difficult to use. I believe each update should make life easier for the users while increasing features. For instance, I have been trying to see how to extend my target savings and frequency since after the recent update. It's like those features are gone. Please kindly review and fix urgently. In terms if help us to save, the app helps to achieve that.
it's easy to use, i first expected a lot of processes to start usage but it turned out easy. Navigation is bliss! It doesn't take forever to load pages nor are there any annoying ads. I've come to enjoy saving more, knowing that i won't spend unnecessarily using piggyVest. And the introduction of investify makes the experience even better, get to save for investment or start investing right away if one wishes!
The experience was great especially when it comes to helping me save, and the working speed of the app in terms of fund transfer, how swift it runs, I think it's a good one there. But there's something you people should consider try and get more investment on the invest page and remove the sold out investment so that new ones can stay. Thanks
The application is quite nice , the user interface an user experience is very nice. I like the fact that you could easily navigate through the app without much trouble.I also like the the fact that there a lot of saving schemes and investment opportunities on the platform. I would advise any one interested in saving and as well gaining from their savings to use piggyvest app.
The app and features are very good. The prompt updates keep the app functionality at the top. There is a feature I think the app needs. The app should have the option via the flex wallet to be able to make transfers to any bank account within the country. Also provide us more investment options. Overall, you guys have a very solid working application. Also please add a feature that let's hide the balance in each of the accounts from the lockscreen or settings options.
I love the app, amazing user interface, easy to navigate through. Even though sometimes I feel there are caching issues as it takes a little time for a transaction made to reflect on the mobile app. Regardless, I love the app it is so so easy to understand and use and customer service is great. The time I had an issue and sent them emails they were quick to respond and treated my issue as priority. I love it.
I still love this platform. Helps me save and invest with ease. However, I've experienced delayed payments three times in a row. Very very inconvenient.. One time, payment was delayed up to 12 hours...other than that, it's a great way to save and invest. Kudos for introducing profit on flex accounts and also for the flex dollar feature.
Simply awesome. All features of the app are nice. The interface is okay. I find it exciting when navigating for a feature I want to use. However, the dollar transfer fee of $10 to Nigerian Domiciliary account is ridiculously high. Please review it downward. It is a delight to use piggyvest. Honest, trustworthy, dependable.
I would like to commend the response time of this app. It doesn't take up too much memory space as well. More importantly, I like how the app is adapted to work with my phone's features. It gives room for other security features like fingerprint and face lock. It goes to imply that the developers are making efforts to keep up with modern trends I looked up the Web application as well both on my PC and mobile, and I must say that the Web application is very mobile friendly. Top notch design too.
Out of curiosity and encouragement from a friend, i had to download the app and started with minimal savings. Also tried the safelock feature and the swift response with the email notification is amazing. Well done Team. I look forward to more outstanding features on the app. Did i forget to mention that the app is quite easy to use and navigate. In addy, they are quite efficient.
The Application has a great User Interface, which is also very responsive. The design is simple and the various elements are spaced quite wisely. The features that the application has are some of the best among all the online banking applications that I have got a chance to try out. It also great security features such as automatic logout on both the browser and application platform.
The Application has been very great with good interface and awesome User interface design that helps user navigate around the application easily. Thou this new update crashes at times. I want to believe it because of the new functionality added to the application which make the app heavy. I'm sure the developers will find a way to optimize and fix this.
Okay so, saying I haven't heard of PiggyVest before would be a lie. I came across this app some months ago but never bothered to look through. Now, I realize how much I have missed out on creating the needed financial freedom. But like they say, it's better late than never. Going through the app now, I found in it a necessary tool for everyone who desires to meet a savings goal while simultaneously being compensated for it with interest. App is quite intuitive to use.
Piggyvest has been a timely life saver. It has Helped build my saving skills and resilience to spending prompting in the two months I've used it. The app puts it at my finger tips. If there could be an offline mode for the app also, it would help as sometimes, data might be unavailable. Above all, the app has been super useful. I gave 4 stars because it's sometimes slow to respond.
Developing this app was quite an ingenious idea. The ability to meet a need while optimising user experience is very commendable as well. The app is easy to set up, navigate and explore. Although the pages are kind of overloaded with information and the floating quicksave button looks a little bit off, I have found the app very user-friendly and savings-encouraging. I'll suggest that future upgrades should include an opportunity to move funds from one saving class to another.
1. Nice app and very easy to use. I like the User interface. 2. I updated my full name on the android App, each time I checked my profile, the update is not reflected 3. I notice someone with 3 names can’t register on the app, is only accept maximum of 2 names only 4. I click to enable finger print/Face ID, but is not opening to capture my finger print
The app is great, quite easy to use and all. I particularly love the graphics, just blends with the app perfectly. The only complaint I'll lay here is that it sometimes just unexpectedly and unnecessarily stops while I engage it. So much so, that I was once almost knee deep in a transaction and then it just stopped, God knows what would have happened to my money if that had happened a second later. Pls oo, lets get that fixed and lemme continue enjoying this beautiful app!!!
Personally I think this app is great. It is user friendly and the customer care is effective and efficient. It is a trusted app and very reliable not to mention the various saving and investment opportunities it offers its customers. I have no complaints about piggyvest and I highly recommend the app to anyone that wants a saving scheme that is reliable.
This app is awesome. I think app should allow to add multiple withdrawal account. Like last year, it's easy to change the withdrawal account on fly but it's difficult to change to another account if not totally in possible. In next update, please make it a feature, to allow multiple withdrawal account or ability to transfer to a bank account other than piggy account. Thanks.
Great Experience. The interface is excellent and customer support is top notch. A UI observation though, on the menu tab, is it still neccesary to have a dot at the bottom of each selection since it is usually highlighted regardless. Looks like a double effort to me. One of each would suffice. The highlight works excellenty on its own.
The application has a great user interface and is generally easy to navigate and explore. Good use of the white space following current UI trends. The savings and investment bits are easy to use as well. All the primary action points into bottom navigation bar for easy accessibility. Great UI/UX design. Kudos.
Please help, l can't open my app. It keeps crashing. I have version 3.0.4 installed. Every time I click on see my Savings and Investments, it just stops working. This has been going on for almost three weeks. I stopped saving due to financial constraints but I have been trying to start all over again for some time to no avail. The above complaint has been fixed with another update. Everything is fine now
A very helpful app. If you're looking to save money daily, weekly, monthly or even locking up funds for later years, Piggy vest is the app and the interest rate is what banks can't give! I had inssues with my mobile phone and I sent mails, the quick responses till it was fixed blew me away. Usually I use apps without rating but for this, I can't hold back! Cheers ✨
EDIT: The user experience is sooooo much better. The organization's is great and honestly the design too (sometimes I log in for the fun of it😁) great job! Previous review: Still have an issue with swiping cards. but the new layout is pretty great! I really like the investment options and trust they'll vet all partners thoroughly.
Very useful app. It has helped improve my savings with convenience. All I have to do is click and the money is added from my bank account, no need for OTPs. No distractions like bill payment options or airtime recharge and I hope it stays that way.. And you get points for saving, which can be converted to money, I mean real money😁
