It is a very good app where we can find authentic supplements and there are variety of supplements available in a good price. I am shopping from more then 7 month from pigi and I have a great experience. Once I have a problem with the product but the customer care team solve it ..

The app hangs forever each time I try to upload the payment receipt of UPI. Unable to complete my order. Money paid for nothing. The customer support is an email which also opens with some struggle. Nobody to talk to. I am not sure if anyone would respond to my email, as I received no acknowledgement for it.

I found this app very user friendly but the only problem i xperienced is that the app is shutting down suddenly on its own without my interference. Apart from that everything is well and good. And the collection of supplements is just mind boggling.

This app is pretty user friendly, although its has been improved a lot since i have using this when they launched. now this app is quite easy to use and also user friendly. I always order all my supplements from PIGI, because of the trust they provide No one can provide in online marketing. Also one of the most important thing that we do get all the supplements in one App and that a huge advantage of this app. You don't need to search and go for other websites and app to order different supplements.

This was the first and the last time I used this app, I will never ever use it again.... Delivery takes forever, Been 3 days since I placed an order, it still shows waiting for pickup..... And when It gets picked up finally, delivery guy is extremely irresponsible and ill mannered to even answer my call. I want to give -ve infinity as my rating to this particular app, but I am limited by the rules here.... Worst experience ever.

Several problems with backend. Initial OTP expired as soon as I got it, had to resend. Why enter both email and phone on signup? Also, search algorithm is kinda trash. No OTP auto-fill. App experience was bad.

Order is taking more time than other apps to process, but when I asked for refund, I got it full when I cancelled before dispatch.

This is really a great app to buy the supplements. The products are available at best prices as compared to other platforms plus they are 100% authentic. It was a great experience for me on this app and would love to buy more in future.!!

This app need much improvements like cancellation, i canceled the order it disappear from my order section this never happens in any app or you can add section of canceled order, there is no customer support no, i mailed to pigi there is no auto generated email receive to me and we generally receive this kind of email on other shopping portal, mentioning that they sent us the mail mentioning the TAT time of getting revert back from your executive side.

Good app and product..but discount and offers are less.. also the company should bigtime work on delivery timeline..the product should be delivered within 24hrs. They should have their storage atleast in each metropolitan cities. And this are the cities from where they can get maximum demand.

Manipulating people about price. Like AS IT IS is already available at 1700 and these are showing 2300 mrp then giving discount of 500+ and giving at 1700.

Can't tell about the genuinity of products as they aren't delivering, service is bad. Delivery is slowest even after reaching the destination city the product is not delivered since three days. They are just keep promising me the dates but not delivering the product. It's good to buy from somewhere else, for the sake of 100 rupees discount don't wait for that long.

you guys have worst of all customer service and don't even know how to handle any issue. blaming customer on your own mistakes. mistakes can happen and still your blame game is active. enjoy lossing a customer I have already unintended the app and would also recommend every other user to do the same sending a legal notice was not a solution. I won't be ordering from the app and would recommend everyone not to do the same

I have been using this app to buy genuine products. They sell products from authorized importers. Whenever someone i referred the app to, buys a product I get a cash back. Their customer service is good and they deliver products on time. Their app is easy to use. That is all I am looking for in this app.

Very Bad experience. Today I received a product whey protine of Avatar but the seal already broken under the cap. The same I have communicated through mail to Pigi but they are asking for the video which I did not make but I have shared the the pictures for the same as per there requirement also the product is too old 01.02.2020. Pkg. date. But at the end they have just said that they will not return the product. Which is too much unprofessional and also they are providing too old stock product.

I once reviewed this app one star for their late replacement service ...bt finally they have take a fair action for a damaged box.. i hope they will do make this app more better in terms of replacing a broken box or a product that is not up to the mark...

I waited for 7 days for this product. After 7 days they automatically cancelled my order and said it was cancelled by you. When i called to the phone number provided they asked my name and disconnected the call. And Now they are not receiving call. Please dont waste time on this application. And never pay online if you are still buying.
