I don't understand why this app is low rated. I tried a dozen before this one. I like to be able to do smooth color transitions/gradients with the brush and it's the only one i've tried that has a precise control of the flux. It's even possible to use built in gradients and set their values and so many other coloring brush and blending options. I STILL HAVEN'T SEEN ANY ADD! I spent the whole afternoon with it! The app is fantastic so much coloring features. The only thing i find is missing is a share feature on a community that uses this app.

Mostly love it and use it all the time. However: I bought the paid version for my Note 8, and was disappointed not to have all the same features that Apple devices have. Also, it's very slow to open books, browse categories, and open pages (since the most recent update). Would really like to have the ability to create personal palettes and see some new brush/fill options.

I love this "true coloring app" You can actually color in the pictures as opposed to "tap to fill in" like most of the coloring apps in the play store. You have many color palettes to choose from, and I love that I can choose the colors that I want! I don't like that it's a monthly subscription instead of a one time price, but for now I will keep it. Hoping they change the buy option to a one-time price that is not too high, I would buy it for sure.

I love the concept and selections. The varied tools and tricks have blown my mind. There are some glitches that I hope get fixed soon. And I noticed the advanced mode is only available through Apple. It one little thing, sure, but it should be addressed. I have learned techniques I never thought I could do through this app. The premium is worth it. Just please fix the glitches.

If you prefer a more engaging coloring or painting experience, this is the app for you. A great selection of brushes and fill types. There's also a blank page feature if you just feel like sketching freehand! Literally hundreds (thousands?) of pages in different styles. I don't understand the lower ratings here. The annual subscription is a fair price and I certainly get value and terrific features for the money.

Good and bad. I very much enjoy the functionality of the app and love being able to import and color my own images. My issue that is removing 2.5 stars is the subscription. The levels are horrible. I guess the $20 a year tier is reasonable but more realistically there should be a one time sub option for lifetime access. I'd pay maybe $30-$50 once but not interested in $2 a week or $5 a month in any manner at all.

I love this app because it is the only one I have found that is like real coloring, not fill in the space. They have storage for your artwork, although I haven't figured it out yet. The have tutorials all the time with different technics.... it's so relaxing and by far the best app out there! The only bad thing about it is that iPhone has a lot more options than android and I have android, but we pay the same. I just wish we had the same options as iPhone.

Used to love using this to detox from stress, but without the in-app currency from ads, it's not as much fun to do. Plus, there was a purchase I made for said currency at $5, but lost all of it after taking a break from the app for school and work reasons. Nice app for stress relief, but the lack of options without getting the subscription, that can be at risk of loss if inactive for a certain amount of time, discourage me from using this that much.

I knew I had to pay for some stuff, but not all of it. I wanted an app that relieved stress but it just gave me much more stress. The colors are nice and the art is pretty cool, but I can't use almost any of it, I basically have to pay to use the app. I would rather buy an actual coloring book and paint it than have an app in my phone that just takes some space and will only let me use one of each category drawings with only some brushes and some color palettes. Would not recommend this app.

Best coloring app of them all. Feature rich. NOT a color by number app. This is both a genuine coloring book and a digital artist's tool. You can simply color cels choosing among dozens of colors. You can also use brushes and fills. You can 'go off-road' and paint the cels by hand. But for digital artists, especially newbies, there is the Greyscale Images category. This is like creating a painting from scratch but with a light greyscale image that your painting on top of. So amazing and fun!

I had given the app 2 stars because I thought the app didn't notify me about my free trial ending. Turns out there was an email two days before my subscription was renewed to notify me about it, like I was told I would be. I was expecting a notification on the app itself, and I wish I was informed that I would be notified via email. But I increased my rating to 4 stars. Other than the notification issue the only other issue I experienced is with the pastel brush and blending not working well.

If you want to learn more color techniques without creating the lineart, and without complicated features like layers, this is a good app to start in, IF, you're willing to pay for extra features. The free version is a sad joke. In my opinion, the subscription is expensive, especially considering theres other well known art apps that are free like Autodesk. The features in this app are limited, and expensive for what it offers. Lack of version control is an issue when working on only 1 layer.

I used to love this app, I paid for premium, and would use it all the time. But then it started glitching and coloring in the entire screen whenever I tapped on the black line, and it wouldn't let me undo it. I ruined so many pictures that I had worked so hard on. I contacted customer service, they wrote back asking for more info, which I gave them, then I never heard from them again. So I stopped paying for it and deleted. Could've kept me paying if they bothered to respond. Dumb.

Love it! Everything about it is amazing and the pictures and colors are very beautiful and interesting. My only problem is that I get about half way through finishing a picture and its like the app freezes or something and I never get to finish coloring or save it. Please fix this because I really love your app.

Liv. D. Oct 20, 2021

This is not labeled as the "free trial" that it is. It's only good for 7 days, before they automatically charge you for your first payment. With no notices of those policies anywhere but on the game, after download and loadup, that's just lying to receive downloads. Asking for money isn't a problem, and I might have paid for perks, if it was as fun as the ads seemed. But this set up is lying and taking advantage of people for higher customer upload numbers.

Ast. V. Oct 30, 2019

When you accidentally tap on the line it fills the whole drawing with a solid color. The undo button won't go back far enough to undo it. This makes it impossible to do details without completly destroying what you have done. This has happened to me several times and it's both disheartening and stressful.

This would have been 5, but having issues and can't find a place to get help..... I've been using both my tablet and cell with my account. I use both because of my arthritis. I never had issues before. But now it tells me that there is not a subscription on the tablet, but still fine on the cell. It was just one day all's well then no go the next. How do I fix this.

Mag. W. Jul 11, 2019

I liked it more before the update because now it won't let me drag to fade how I want, I also miss this with bloom because personally I enjoyed doing that and it made my pictures better, over all it's a good app but I liked it better before the update, also for some reason I changed my settings from drag to color to drag to move canvas and for some reason it won't let me switch back. I hope we can possibly fix some of these problems soon.

Love the app on my iPad Pro for my designs. Unfortunately the premium subscription I have on iOS doesn't work on android. I can't take my iPad everywhere with me due to its size, so I thought I'd put it on my Note 9, since it comes with a pen. I'll say again, I love the app, but I don't think I should have to pay for two subscriptions, simply because they're two different platforms. I wish they'd just have us make accounts with an email, password, and card, instead of linking subs to app stores.

Dan. F. Dec 18, 2018

I really love this coloring app and the many different categories for coloring. But I'm not a fan of the subscription service that this app suggests. You can pay monthly or yearly to have premium, which grants you access to more colors (you get a lot of colors as is) and pages. The brush types and variety of coloring tools is awesome! I had to uninstall it because in my favorite categories, I only got 1-3 coloring pages I could actually color on (sans premium subscription).

Jus. O. Mar 15, 2019

Apps that are usually free for a limited period of time will give you full access to start and then limit options after the trial period is up. Some will give limited access from the start that can be unlocked by paying. This app wants you to sign up for free as long as you sign up for a repeating subscription fee that starts a week after you begin - this can only be to try to get money out of customers that might forget to cancel the renewal. It seems unnecessary and a deliberate ploy for £££'s

Ano. A. Jan 26, 2020

This used to be my favorite coloring app. Slowly, they have made almost all the reasons I loved it premium features. I'm sorry, but $7.99 MONTHLY is an absurd price. I would consider a one time purchasd for $7.99, but not monthly. It's really too bad greed took over, it really was the best one in the Play store.

Neo. A. Oct 24, 2020

This app is amazing! This is NOT another lame color by number app like all the rest. You can freehand color, as well as set it so you can only color within the lines and there is even a fill option for the 'color by number' fans out there. I do not understand how this app isn't WAY more popular. It is by far and away the best coloring app I have found for Android. The only thing I'd like to see change is a way to color over the top of the outlines. Add that and I'll immediately change to 5⭐

Why. Z. Jan 3, 2021

Used to be so good. But now it glitches so bad it's inoperable & they took away the ability to watch ads to buy new pictures. And I had a nice stack of gems from watching a lot of ads! All gone now. Not cool guys. You have a really beautiful selection of pages. But even they are not worth the hassle and money I'm afraid.

Lau. N. Sep 21, 2019

They changed the brushes, and now airbrush is premium. There aren't many brushes to choose from, and they aren't great, especially for blending. But the pages are good and you can earn premium pages by watching an ad. Colors are also nice, but the limited brushes and fills bring the experience down a lot.

Emi. Y. May 14, 2020

Edit. It's a shame about the Gallery being iOS only. It seems the profile system is also exclusive. I miss the artists I used to talk to and follow ^^; It'll take time to get used to the app again, but I still deeply love it. Grayscale photos are new to me and SUPER fun to color freehand. I understand needing premium to color other artists works. I wish the tools and colors were a little more accessible, but it IS essentially a drawing program like photoshop. Paying to use it makes sense

Jen. E. Nov 13, 2021

Ok it took a bit but this app is clearly pretty great. I do think other freehand coloring apps aspire to be like this one. I am greatly enjoying my time with this app. A very nice UI, mostly great set of tools, reasonable pricing, decent selection for what to color.... The one stand-out problem is the eyedropper toolwhich has two flaws: 1. it's not easy access to navigate to (some people use this often, like me.) 2. it's surprisingly buggy. but this is a great all around app! I recommend it!
