It's mostly good, but works very slow. Some things are much easier on the web (for example, suspending a hold takes forever on the app, and you can't do more than one item at a time). Sometimes the search feature doesn't work well, even if you have a title exactly correct (but I think that's the site in general). Being able to see that an item's renewal limit is reached without having to TRY to renew it would also be helpful (as it is on the web).

The new app looks nice! I haven't been able to explore it much but I do like that we can suspend holds in it now. I just wish they were better organized (old app put "ready to pick up" holds at the top) and specified when they had to be picked up by.

It works for what I need it to. I wish it had a place to add saved books. I find sooo many I want to read and then I forget to go back to them. Like a "bucket list" button I can click to have it added and then a way to go into my list when I am ready. For now I add them to my Evernote list of books to read.

The search for items gives limited to no results. There should be a link on the app for me to view "My List" from the main website. The app also drains more battery power from my phone than most of the games I play.

I was searching for something in the library's collection and I could not find it using the mobile app. I went on your website use the same search parameters and found the item so something is not right it's not showing the same items on the app as it is on the website.

It used to sort of work, but now when you search for any title, it says there's nothing found. However, if you go directly to their website, that's not the case at all. Its pretty much worthless.

New updates killed the app. It won't load my checkouts and whenever I search for a book it says "this title can't be found."

It functions as well as any government made app will, not the worst but could use an insane amount of improvement

I have a lot of problem with the app I have to continually have to uninstall and reinstall it to get it to work.

PPLD is a TERRIFIC library system: many branches, great online services, user-friendly in more ways than I can name. Library system has grown into a hub of valuable services for the entire community.

Horrible library. Nothing but stinky homeless people there. I turned my card in after 4 decades of use. The head of the library is inept, not future thinking and a worthless government employee. Stay away now that the internet has much better options.

This app does not allow me to check out physical books, only ebooks.

I go to Ruth Holly and the one in Falcon, the staff who work at these library's are very friendly and respectful .It's also very clean 🤗👍👍👍👍👍👍👍⚘
