My kids' just stated with this app and we are just setting it up. The user interface is horrible and really missing many features. For instance, you can delegate someone to pick-up your child on a recurring basis and must select the way they will pick them up, our school has parent pick up or carpool line. However, if one day they want to change the way they pick up, you can't just simply edit the entry. You have to cancel the entry and then re-enter the pick-up. Also, the repeating features options are very poor. It should have the same options as google calendar. Also, you need to edit each child in the family separately. This is not intuitive and family members often go home together. There should be an option to edit the kids together. There are many other basic design features that are needed. Frankly, I am surprised that schools have been adopting it with such a poor app. Perhaps with more school, they will be able to put some money into app development.

The userface of this program is terrible. Absolutely one of the least user friendly apps I have ever used. To make any adjustments you have to practically start over from the beginning. I hit weekly recurring and it still marked it daily. Over and over this program is beyond infuriating. One would hope that intuitive, time management would have been a focus when designing the app... But guess not. 😡

The app alone is a fantastic idea, but the customer support is exemplary. My daughter started at a new school and I was having issues getting in to the app because the school put in the wrong info on my file and it was fixed immediately and with friendly service. They took the time to see what the issue was and made sure it was resolved.

Im using this app for my daughters school. I can use it to check in when I arrive at her school to pick her up. I can also use it to change pick up if need be and I've added my mom as well so she can use it when she picks my daughter up. Also customer service is great! I had a weird issue and submitted an email and I got a response back within 10mins. Nita Supradeepan was the person that helped me and she was super fast and very nice!

The app is easy to use, and although we had some minor hiccups upon registration Kylie Hartwig and the support staff was excellent. I would rate the app 4 stars but the service/support gets 5 stars. She responded in a timely fashion by phone and email, and had us up and running in no time! Thanks again!

We just returned to on-campus schooling and this was one of the new implementations due to COVID. It has worked incredibly efficiently for us and the App is extremely easy to use. During registration, we had a small issue with my husband's account. Kylie Hartwig, a Customer Success Associate, reached out within minutes and had everything fixed. Very happy with the App and the Customer Service, and highly recommend PikMyKid!

Wonderful app. Great customer experience and user friendly app, easy to access, no doubt it is very helpful to school and parents'. Customer support team is really helpful, their response time is very soon. Great accuracy and very helpful app.

Our schools just started using this app for their dismissal procedures. It seems like it will help a lot with the COVID-19 issues going on and helping to get my kids out quicker in the pick up line. I had an issue in getting my child loaded on the app, but an email sent to the PikMyKid support staff had me up in running with it very quickly. Heather Hobden had a very fast response and made the quick fix. I see a lot of negative ratings on here, but I feel if you work with the support team, they can make the easy fixes you need which will ultimately improve the program. Outstanding customer service!!

Outstanding customer support. The user interface is very friendly. I am not so good in surfing apps but this one is very easy and simple to use. One of the customer representative kakuli helped me in fixing my issue at the earliest. Thankyou for making my life easy.

This application seriously SUCKS! Accessing the calendar is a pain in the rear, if something is the key part of the app, why is it so hard to access? Also, assigning delegates is simply the most convoluted process imaginable. This app is not ready for release.

This app sucks. It is clunky, tons of bugs, and the interface is not user friendly. l'm disappointed this is what our district went with. I hope we change to something else soon.

This app was great, made it so easy to deal with last minute changes and no time to take a note to the school. My daughter starts middle school next year so we don't need it anymore. I highly recommend this app if your school uses it so should you.

I couldn't register because the screen went blank so I emailed them and received a temporary password and when I tried to log in I am again met with nothing, but a blank grey screen. This is how my son's school wants everyone to make transportation changes and the app does not work at all.

School didn't help, but Neha did, she got me set up, and I was finally able to access. Neha responded immediately even to my additional questions. Yesterday because I was not able to access the app, the school left my daughter standing outside, for whatever stupid covid reason. Today, because I Neha, helped, I was able to complete the covid questions, and had no issue's, getting my daughter into school. From what I can see, this could be a useful tool, once I figure out how to navigate. Thanx

Why do i need the app when i have to check in person anyways? Also, I feel like it is more dangerous when I have to fumble with the app while driving in a school zone with kids every where. I am now putting my car in park in the street, activating the app, and then proceding to inch my way through traffic to get my number visually checked and then picking up my child. Why can't the app be automatically checking me in securely? I do not like driving with people walking in between vehicles.

This app is terrible and annoying. When you try to announce that you are present to to pick your child up it does not turn to green and it keeps telling you what to do when you are trying to do something else. Worse app ever!!!!!!!

I have not used the app to pick up my kid yet, but I do like the customer service. The representative was very helpful and very prompt. I was having trouble adding my kid to the application, and the customer representative was able to resolve my issue.

I just tried downloading this app and completing the information and its absolutely terrible. It doesn't scroll down while you're completing the information so you can see what you're typing. Needs a lot of works.

This app does not work. It doesnt track my progress to school, it claims the drive is 20 minutes and its actually ten. When I get to school I cannot check in because it says I will still be driving for 10 minutes. It doesnt make any sense. It's pretty worthless.

Eh, this might be a good app to others if their "school is in the network". I'm in California...weird. Also, I thought this app would be good for a private daycare that does drop/pick ups as a reminder for the business...sadly mistaken. Uninstalled, and delete the account I just made for nothing.

Simple. Useful. Convenient. The customer service was fast and attentive and my issue was resolved quickly. Kakuli provided me all the info I required to use the app properly. Now I am able to see both my children in the app. Thank you so much !

horrible. not very user friendly. i understand its concerned for the safety of the students, but come on! am pretty positive am not the only on who feels the same way about this app. registering alone is a pain. then you have to wait to be verified. and then opening the app again, once verified. even russian bots would give this app a negative review.

SCHOOLS: CONSIDER ALTERNATIVES. Buggy, poor support, aggravating interface. Support takes several days to respond and the excuse is high volumes as school starts. Dev should have planned for this. Thus to change pickup modes a parent may need to call school daily. Both my parent account and a delegate account became dissociated from my child and developer's repeated answer is to contact the school when problem was the app and school couldn't help. Takes 3 clicks to accomplish one click tasks.

The app is fine but the process is very time consuming to fix the issue. Neha helped me in fixing the issue but it took a lot of time and emails ! There is a lot of room for improvement

Registration is broken I open the app, press register, and the app clears the original screen. Now it's stuck on the wallpaper. Closing and reopening the app opens the login screen again, but pressing the register button does the same thing as before.

I really appreciate the app. I had to pick my 2 children from school and i was unable to see them on the app but with kakuli’s quick support i was able to pick my children on time. I would really recommend other schools to use this app too. Thanks kakuli for the help. Appreciated!

Your user interface needs work and adding multiple kid pick ups is unnecessarily difficult. This is also doubly so when it says "our support team with get ahold of you" and they never do.

I couldn't get it to connect to my school which is probably a common problem but pick my kid has horrible customer service or tech support I emailed back and forth with them for several days still couldn't get satisfaction, all I wanted was for them to delete my account so I could restart it they said the school had to do it but it had never connected to my school so it wasn't associated with my school, all I can say is horrible customer service!

The app has been very helpful for me with all kinds of alerts and notifications about our kid timings and everything. Ms.Kakuli helped me in resolving my issue in a very short period of time. Thanks a lot pik my kid for taking such a great initiative.
