This is a good one. I can't do a lot on them. I'm 61 and not as flexible as I use to be. But is great for a younger person
Its a great collection of videos....just right for the low commitment exerciser
Too many ads and it's such a disorganized arrangement of workouts

Great collection! The app would be way better if you could filter videos and star your favorites. I've been texting them to myself so I dont have to keep searching for the ones I like.
