I went through all of the procedures, set up pins, got the passwords and etcetera. When I click Pilar wallet it doesn't recognize me, it wants me to set up a pin again and again. It's as if all the work I did never took place. I'm confused, frustrated, upset, and do not understand what is happening. This is a ridiculous and foolish app, nothing but a waste of time.
Damaged my phone installed app in new phone, want to import, cannot find a place to check I agree to terms. Worked well in other phone. Found the squares to confirm. Wallet came up have a 4 digit code now. Had 6 digit be before not showing and balances.
This is one of the easiest wallets to use with a really friendly community behind it and the customer service is second to none. I think the idea behind it and the vision they have for this project is very promising. Get in now before everyone else.
Not able to swap at all. Paraswap issue or app issue. It's stuck on calculating or checking since ages.
It won't let me create an account. I have tried numerous times including uninstalling and reinstalling. I have not heard back from the support team.
Pillar makes cyptocurrencys easy for everone to use no matter your tech skills. They are decentralised and let people control there own money, giving the people complete freedom over there finances. It's very easy to use. Very nice to the eye and I look forward to every step in the future when the wallet gets updated with new features. I strongly feel the pillar wallet is the only wallet to have and will grow day by day. Also the pillar team comes out with some amazing ideas, that hopefully will change a lot of things for the better.
Edit: I paid very high fees to enable swaps on 1inch and uniswap. After being able to enable each swap they simply error on the actual transaction. This is horrible. Reported this to tech support and 3 pillar updates later and I'm still trying. Totally unacceptable for this wallet to take fees for services not performed 😒
The fees are absurd. Seriously nearly $30US to set the wallet up after I had already transferred ETH in. There is no explanation of fees to use the wallet until after I deposited ETH and needed to use the wallet. Then had many issues converting to DAI only to put 10 Dai into pooltogether the fee was almost $25 in ETH?? Apparently GAS fees are high but almost three times the value of the trading??? Its a great app with heaps of potential but very cost prohibitive and no transparency.
In a phone with 8gb of ram. Too many ads and publicity for a poor development of an app. After authorize permissions against privacy and you cant uncheck the user is a pain to find once you have obe, Never pass from Loading... It might take a bit

works good only if you got the latest devices with Android 9, 10 ... i ll find it super annoying that on older devices the app just suddenly stop working - great backward compatibly LOL

The support on this app is horrible. They tell you to buy a smart wallet and it's absolutely useless. The information is terrible, and they don't offer very much tokens to trade with. There is little use in buying this app. Download Exodus, it's free and ten times better!
Waited a long time for this baby to develop and it was well worth it...... I hope I am saying the same in years to come as it develops it's full potential in the crypto space.
Very user friendly wallet! You dont have to worry about copying wallet addresses anymore and can use a contact book instead.
Pillar Wallet is my favourite wallet to use. It's a multichain, smart wallet. Can't believe how much gas fees I'm saving. Awesome dApps & access to the world of defi & NFTs. Support is helpful & quick. Great app. Well done PILLAR!

Scam!!! I transfered 0.11 eth in this app and i had to activate "smart wallet" to use it for Pooltogether and from that 0.11Eth the activation costed me 0.10974. So it was 10% from 1 eth. Do you think it's normal. I can say it's a scam. I have nothing left now in this wallet. I'm wondering what if I had transferred 1eth??

The wallet worked fine for me until the recent update. Now it won't let me connect my wallet to certain defi apps. I uninstalled and redownload but still I can't get in. Even tried to connect this wallet to the defi web page in my PC.
