I have the paid version of this and that has stopped working since the last android update. However I can only seem to add a review on the lite version. Not sure when my app will work again.

Just paid for the premium version, then they updated it.... Now it keeps crashing and won't even open. Thanks.

Suddenly stopped working, not getting reply from support team, I have purchased this app, still no support from customer care. Dont buy this 😠

Last update crashed the app and the app is no longer able to open.

Last update April 8 2022 hast crashed the app. Will not open.

After years of use, this last update has completely crashed the app. I get an error "restore access in google store". Uninstalled the app, reinstalled and still wont work. This is extremely disappointing.

Good app, however I purchased the non-lite version on my old phone and the purchase did not carry over to my new phone...any thoughts as to why? (Samsung S8 to BB Key2, both android using same gmail/playstore account) ....after reading all the similar reviews, I will not buy pro version AGAIN. I can get notams elsewhwere. This could have been the gold standard for professional pilots, but not anymore!

I paid for the paid version of this app. I then changed phones and now it doesn't show in my owned apps with the same Google account. I have emailed you guys many times with no response. Very unprofessional and ZERO customer support.

Also have this app for Windows (which I paid for). It no longer recives METARs and the developer does not respond at all. Shameful. Very poor customer support (they just take the money and run). Avoid at all costs!

This app appears to be abandoned, still works as a free app but if you pay and have any issues like I and others have, you won't get any response from the developer.

Recently received a notification ad from the program (ad unrelated to program itself). Uninstalled immediately afterward.

After the upgrade i can no longer get the in app purchase! Even tho the app message says I've already payed!

bought paid version, updated, new version didnt carry over purchase. robbed.

Check our reviews for full price version before paying. Lots of one-stars due to bugs. TAFs sometimes garbled or missing altogether

Overall great app. I had a few issues recently after some updates, but those were resolved and the app helps me immensely with flight planning and decisiom making as a CFI. Also, some of my issues were related to AWC database/network/server issues, but I don't know what percentage.

Paid version did not transfer when switched phones. No response from customer service after MANY attempts! Was great and useful for my job previously.

Not sure what the negative reviews are really based on.... but I've been using both the old, and now the new app with great success. I'm an airline pilot based in Toronto, Canada, and I use this app every single day at work, in combo with other apps like Jepp FD Pro and WSI Pro. Kudos to the developers and thank you!

This app is amazing but with the latest update 4 out of the 6 stations I have on the refuse to load in. Devs, do you have a fix for this? I use this every day and would love to upgrade it to premium soon.
