To use the Pima Federal CU Mobile App App, you must be enrolled as an Pima Federal CU Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

After this recent update, everytime I try to access my balance, all the app does is try to sync the info. It continuously keeps loading/spinning. I am unable to see my own balance on either checking or savings. I never had this problem before with the old set up, so I know it is not my internet connection or my device. Can you please fix this?
I like the convenience of this app. It just takes seconds for a transaction to happen you can put multiple accounts on there I like that they give you so many different options like paying your bills on there there's a lot of other things that I haven't looked through you can look at your account anytime you want although there are some approvements that I would like but overall it's a nice app
When I need to keep track of my accounts and my spending and my direct deposit and make my payments and basically everything. I go to this App. Only reason for 4 stars is because it doesn't show the transaction info for the credit card usage. And I'd like to see that added
Extremely convienient & easy to use! I have been a member of PFCU for almost 9 years now, and downloading this app to my phone has literally saved my life more times than one. You can do all your banking on this app! Really appreciate their excellent customer service & staff, and having this mobile app makes it easy to stay a member no matter where you are. Thanks PFCU!
This app has given me easy access to my account and has simplified my life. I can communicate with support, make transactions, find all the information I need at a moments notice. I even love the biometric features that allows me to log in without my password. Thank you!
Why? This new app makes it impossible to get your checking account information. Updates are terrible with every company that does them, not just you. Very aggravating taking the time to try & figure out how to get around the changes- when time is the one thing few of us have!. I still can't see anything in my checking Except the balance! Don't Like it!
I've had this app for 4 years now and I've seen it grow with various upgrades. I've never had a problem with remote banking, and I've even deposited my stimulus checks and they were approved the next day. Keep it up 👍🏼
I really like the new dashboard design but instead of updating the look of the app, how about fix the issue that keeps the accounts from updating. Sometimes takes 5+ minutes to update or it even times out while trying...
What happened to this app??? I try to update it and I can't find any update for Android. I can not get into the app anymore at all...
Why do member-to-member transfers take so long to go through? It seems to take 5-7 business days on average. It could literally be done immediately. It's a hassle to have to wait for child support payments. I never get notifications that money has been deposited...I have to check for myself and THEN a notification pops up after. Also, deposits to your account by check are also delayed by days when you may need the money now.
Fantastic app, simple to use. My only con is that there is no option to search locations within the app. There's no tab or link to search for brand or ATM locations.
Pretty bad app. No notifications for overdraft fee, so got 2 overdraft fees 2 days in a row in the amount of $29/ea taken from my acct that already didn't have $ in it. App notifies me the DAY AFTER a deposit goes through. Takes over a week to deposit $ from one person's acct to another; if you deposit ANY check, funding is not available for 3 business days at the least;super inconvenient. As soon as my kid is 18 and his dad doesn't pay child support through you, I'll be closing my account.
The app hasn't worked for the last 2 days! I couldn't transfer funds in the middle of the grocery store. I had to ask my don to spot me. It was so embarrassing! Please fix this! I'm going to reinstall it to see of that helps. But reading other reviews, it doesnt seem that it will.
Doesn't work. Continuously says "Updating". No way to makenit work. Been having problem signing in for 2 days now. Uninstalled and reinstalled with no improvement. Undependable!

I thoroughly appreciate the attention to detail my credit union has instilled into this app. I not only feel secure using it for daily account management, but I also feel proud to be part of a structured credit union.
Great app, easy to read and understand, it's been a huge help to me and the ability to contact assistants directly through the app is definitely a huge help.
this app is dumb. i have to have my date and time set to automatic, but when i do that the time is 1 hour ahead due to daylight savings. this app is now usless to me. they say for security purposes but i have to verify that its me 3 times. never mind, its back to normal. good app
Nice app easy to use. The bill payment option needs work, however, difficult to add new payees and set up payments.
Easy, straight forward and convenient. Great app now allowing you to make deposits without going to the bank.
Is force quiting when I try to open it. New android update messed it up. Update: the problem was fixed quickly and the app works great for my needs.
Easy to use and intuitive, does the best job of any app so far of replacing my checkbook...if you kids ever heard of one of those. We X'ers used to spend hours "balancing" them.
Super user friendly. Updates quickly- it doesn't "lag" when showing payments or deposits, like some other apps. Fantastic!
Hard to read (old app was like a spreadsheet) right now I can't see the log out. I want to login with a password not just four digits.
Why do i even update this app? Like one time in does work and the next time I updated that updated does not let it work then again I update it's finally working on me and just the last update now I can't even get an update on my account information I can't believe this
I love this bank cuz they are so friendly and understanding and they help you with any problem you have I love it especially the app on my phone I even love it better cuz it tells you everything gives you all the details and your account what needs to be paid and what's not paid if there's a fraud in your account they notify you right away thank you guys for all that heart work you do to keep us and my account safe
Love the app very useful especially when i move from state to state. It always keeps me updated on my account which is good now n days. Have to say like the new version of the app great job
I use to love this app give me all the info i needed but the last few days it keep saying updating but nothing else happens. Need to get fixed right away or im gonna lose my damn mind!!! >:[
Pretty user friendly for the most part. Withdrawals and deposits are updated extremely fast which is very convenient! Really like that I can do transfer of funds to someone else's account so quick and easy, even faster and easier than if I were to call into the office and do it! I find the options available such as ordering new checks without having to come into my nearest branch a great feature! The fact it's all free is fantastic! Not having to go in for much is great!
