How to use the magic PIN Pad?Following the steps to set password as 12341. Press any button with the number ‘1’ 2. Press any button with the number ‘2’3. Follow the same step to find out ‘3’ and ‘4’4. Please be noted if any number of your password appears on two or more buttons, you can press any of them, or if any button has two or three numbers of your password combination, you can press the same button.
What should I do if I forget my password?
1. By security answerTap the security question icon on the lockscreen and enter your security answer to unlock;
2. By security emailCheck your registered email and find out the email we have sent to you with the password you set;
3. Email usPlease send us email at [email protected] with your registered email address so that we can send to you in case you don’t find the password in your email.

It's great, it does exactly what it says. When it works >:( the first 2 times it failed it was just a matter of opening the app and pushing some buttons. But this time, that didn't work. So I'm gonna have to try reinstalling it. I obviously use this app because I need extra security in my phone, and if it just so happens to fail that one time when my phone is in someone's hands who wants to be nosey, well, it does me no good... I hope I don't have to end up totally uninstalling it for good because I like the app itself, the idea is great. But if it keeps failing to work here and there, then there's really no point in it taking up space
The app overall is good but I feel like I have discovered a major flaw. I am pleased in terms of the app's purpose it is near in breakable but I can't call emergency services directly as I could before. So could the developers get in contact and tell me if there is an option to allow emergency calls from the lock screen or please put it in if there isn't as I love everything else about the app and want to keep using it.
The older version of the app was much better. This version does not have as much advanced settings as the last one. For example, there is no option for locking an app right after I exit the app. Moreover, the app malfunctions. The intruder selfie doesn't work, and even though I turned off the lock screen lock, the app is still locking the lock screen.
I have two major problem with this app. 1) If someone is calling you you can't see the caller details unless and until you unlock your phone,which you have set. 2) Notification are very agressive, means eventhough you have disabled it in your phone settings,it still find ways to creep in and pose unnecessary disturbance by sound alert or vibration.. Hope the makers will fix these problems.. Thank you.
I love this app, I just have few suggestions. One, the app is by default pinned on the notification bar which could be optional. Second, fingerprint security could be added bcoz, if I want fingerprint and the same app lock features I have to use phone fingerprint security+(pattern or number bcoz fingerprint alone can't be used in phone settings) and then this app. Would be great if you update with these changes. This is one of, if not the, best phone lock apps I've used. Other ones don't have the same amount of security this app offers. Other apps I have used have crashed, bugged, glitched, or had apps pop up every time I used them and I didn't want to use the regular one because it offered too little security. This one was just right.
I have been using pin genie since I was in college and I absolutely love it!! the only downside is that sometimes I get these annoying pictures that will pop up in my gallery for no reason that are just pictures of the apps ad campaign picture and no matter how many times I try to delete them they never go away
Good app for locking phone, however occasionally pictures do pop up in gallery from the apps ad campaign. Not a real issue. The main issue i have is that caller ID does not show on the lockscreen, so the only way to view and answer the call is by opening the lockscreen, which is a bit tedious. Otherwise good app.
It's a nice app. I loved it. But there is only one problem, that is. My phone is an LG optimus l7 which works on android 4 that is jellybean. The problem is that when I switch off my phone and restart it again the lock disappears. I know my phone takes 1 or 2 minutes to make the storage ready which includes this all also. So anybody can open it.
I like this app I would recommend it. It has an ingenious Advanced security code presentation however I am having problems with offering feedback which I have attempted to. Gmail doesn't work, the link to my Facebook page doesn't work and I don't know what "line" means. When I submit it doesn't go through
Notification bar is not transparent and different color from the wallpaper, even if I hide notification bar in setting it wont literally hide it. I wish next update when hiding notification bar means full screen and you will have your own notification bar which blends with the lockscreen wallpaper. Full screen wont work on notch bar phones.
I like the feel of it but the app need to work with it own OS as do to Samsung police the app can be disabled easily even known it try to stop settings from being access it allow app settings to be open and u can force stop the app or u can Uninstall it worse of all if u have no lock screen an use this your date is at risk as it not encrypted and can be accessed even if it lock by the app not reliable or secure.
We started using Pin Genie app recently for our all truck drivers phone. We are just locking the apps but not using screen lock. The major drawback is, some of the drivers are uninstalling the whole Pin Genie app and start installing all apps from play store. Do you have any solution for this.
Great app even though my phone provider entroduced a similar feature of taking pictures of wrong attempts i still use this app. Only rating 4/5 becuase recently it stopped showing phone calls on lock screen. I noticed there was an update hoping that fixes it

i would give a 5 star for sure but if i do that then ur next update will still have some issues like,its boring to have to unluck my screen before answering a call,also will like to reply to some text on the screen locker, what about a tap to turn d screen on....this is a great ap.unlocking my phone before answering my phone calls is an inconvenience. Bring up an update that is fingerprint enabled too. that will be cool. I used this for the past hears and I want to keep using it. Please do somet
Works fine with my old android. I love it, but with the new android pie, whenever someone calls I have to login first before I can pick up the call. So now I have to choose to use Pin Genie and having to log in before amswering or just answering without being able to use Pin Genie. Sad day
This lock is truly very secure and works perfectly well too but i am not pleased that Everytime I get a call from my contacts i can't answer till i have to unlock my phone. It stresses me out alot and some times by the time am done opening the lock my call is being ended 😒. Also I can't control my music app from the lock screen, I have to unlock my phone before I can and am not okay about that.
It works great. My only issue with it is that if you wanna use biometrics on a samsung device with this it wont let you just have biometrics on so you will have 2 lockscreens to get through to unlock your phone.
I cannot see the incoming calls or notifications from the lock screen. Also it's very annoying that I get a notification from my phone when I go to unlock it that pin genie is running, same thing when I open the actual pin genie app it's every single time. please fix this!
This app lacks use of fingerprint lock and locking recent items, otherwise it seems best app I have seen in a long time. Just add those features people will be willing to pay for it.
Hey..I hv been using this app since 4 years..was working soo well..but suddenly nw- it displays the incoming call..?? Why?? Earlier I had to unlock my phone to receive the call,but now tat part is gone..why is this so??pls developers pls fix it..I don't want to download another app fr locking my incoming calls.. another issue that happened today was pin genie is nt locking my notification bar ..y this change also?? Y all of a sudden?? Please fix these two issues..I jus lovee this app...
I used this app on my previous phone and I want to use it on my new one, but it has no fingerprint unlock. This app would be perfect if there would be fingerprint unlock.
Overall good app but during call when sensor off the phone also lock and one big problem is that when someone calls we have to unlock it first... I hope you will release a update to solve these problems . Thankin you.
i've used pin genie before and even with my new phone im still using it. this phone has more security settings but i still think pin genie is a great app. it takes pics of the person if u get the password wrong. whenever i mess up my password tho it takes a pic of me too but its always funny.
it is very usefull app there are many things it is almost. useful for me but when the calls come if i late to unlock the mobile so that is creates a very huge proble all lock apps do like it but ......
This app is pretty good when it works. Looks like latest update broke a few things. Lock screen randomly stops working when you shut off the screen. Also, when it does work, I have to unlock the screen to see caller ID when I get an incoming call. It used to just show on the lock screen. I love the dynamic buttons. It prevents people from guessing your passcode by looking at the smudges on the screen. That's the number one reason I downloaded it. Hopefully whatever broke in the latest patch gets fixed soon. I haven't found another screen lock app or there that's better.
