Thank you for having an app. that is so easy to use. This was my first time to try a transferr, it is absolutely the easist ive ever used.

The app is often unresponsive when I try to enter my password. I don't understand the point of having a banking app if I can't view my account balance 24/7.

Havent been able to use it in months. The new app is terrible.. doesn't work, shows error upon opening. The old app was good.. The transfers from my checking to credit card take a few days but other than that, the app worked quite well.

I don't like how you keep charging me for account invoice you send to me through the mail, that I keep trying to stop. So the app isn't enough for me to see my account information you have to send me stuff I don't want coming in my mail box. The app only has about 3 functions. This not a good app. And the bank has no control to stop unnecessary mail from going to your house or either does your website that I went to, to stop this unnecessary mail that has all my banking information on it.

Great experience overall, but crashes when I try to take a picture of a check Edit: it no longer crashes so upgrading to 5 stars. I'm not sure if that's because I got a new device though.

I like how the app works. It is simple. There isn't any flashy things going on with it. When I want to check my balance I'm usually in a hurry so this makes it good. The only change I want to see would be getting able to put a description on transfers like on the website.

Constantly getting reports of app crashing and issues detected from verzion. As of November 30th 2021, your app is now causing battery issues with my phone. I have to Uninstall the app. You guys should really get back to people and figure out this issue. This looks poor on the developer and the credit union. Poor customer service.

Was unsure of updating my app as my husband updated his and now it won't work on his phone. I just updated mine, and now it won't work on my phone. We have Tmobile and the phone itself updated, and then I made sure to update all my apps.. including this one. Been using the app since it came out.....not happy I can't use this now. The desktop version is miserable to use on a mobile device.....please fix this issue!

The ability to use Zelle through your app is worthless. I attempt to use it and just goes to blank screen. Now that you offer it the Zelle app won't let me send through theirs.

This financial institution Has consistently failed to failed to render the proper customer service time and time again now they promote this cash app "ZELLE" and it too has consistently failed as well. Upon logging into the Zell app all I get is a white screen.

Banking app is great! Really allows you to do a lot without having to go into a bank. I travel for my employment and am gone from AZ for months at a time. I can transfer and do everything I need to do. Love it.

If I could give it a no star I would. Can't tell you how often this app doesn't work or is under maintenance. And whatever maintenence they are doing it doesn't make it any better. Added features are features other banks offered 10 years ago and they still manage to mess them up. Photo checks take 1-3 days to deposit where as other banks at least give you a 400-600 cushion right away and usually still deposits that day. Tried on multiple platforms and devices and all the same.

Yall either gotta fix Zelle or drop it. As a separate app it worked completely fine now I can't even open it on the PCFCU app even after filling out that bill pay bull.

App keeps on crashing. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Restarted my phone. Forced stop the application. Nothing seems to be working. Please help. I need to have this work.

The app is so easy to use and I love the insta balance, the ability to deposit checks, and the balance transfer options. Thanks!

Like others have said app continually crashes upon opening, completely unable to use it for over a week now and no news from the bank or app devs as far as I know

Whatever "bugs" there were have been worked out & the app is working perfectly.....The update broke the app... worked perfect until the update. Tried uninstalling & reinstalling but nothing. Just keeps spinning & spinning. So irritating. Just leave well enough alone. 😣😤

haven't had any issues. I do call inquiring about bank transactions. the staff is courtesy and super friendly. I love using the online deposit method also saves time :)

This app is horrible, I'm unable to see my transactions. I'm unable to pay my bill through the app. This app needs the features it has when you go on the browser on your mobile device. Until then this app is pointless. This app needs some real tech features. Please improve this app with an update.

Easy to use app for moving funds between savings and checking. Also quick to view all balances for all your accounts.

Horrible....tried using mobile deposit and kept rejecting it cuz it didn't say mobile deposit on check....never had that issue before!!....need to go back to the old app it was way better this new version 👎👎

This app worked just fine until there was a update available. After the update became available I couldn't get into the app. I've tried several times to update, but it won't work. It's very frustrating, because now I'm going to have to take time out of a very busy day tomorrow to go to the bank.

The app has not worked in almost 2 weeks. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing 3 times. This last time, it won't even open. I use this app on a daily basis. Would really like to know what to do.

The ease that this app makes for the not so tech savvy is great. The Instant Balance is a fantastic feature for its quickness.

When the app does work it's great.. problem is it doesn't work 80% of the time. An error has occurred please call for assistance

Had to remove 4 apps just to UPDATE pcfu app. Unable to open, maybe no longer compatible with Samsung Galaxy (?) :(

So far this mobile banking app has lived up to my demanding expectations. Easy mobile deposits, balance checks, and up to date information. Pleased.
