App activation failed on multiple tries. Store employees tried to help but still would not let me activate. UPDATE. After un-installing and working with 2 different store employees I was finally able to get it activated. None of the weekly water tests that the Pinch A Penny Maintenance service tech does show in the App. It shows old tests that were conducted in the store prior to starting the maintenance service. CAN'T THIS BE FIXED??
Worthless - worse than worthless, it's a liability. I keep turning off the notifications for this app, and everytime the phone Power Cycles this app turns them right back on. So now I'm uninstalling it. Pathetic.
0 I can't use it 😕. I've not been verified by text on mobile or called on land-line. I've been a customer 15 years 🤔 and would like to have this app. Can you find out how to install it? I've given ALL permission in settings. HELP!
I like the app. I wish I could edit my pool water tests that I enter on the app. I was trying out the app and now my test entry can't be deleted. I do like how the water samples they I take to the store show up here.
No option to set a profile up unless you have a pool or pool and spa. No spa option.
Couldn't sign in. Just uninstalled it. Will return the test strips ... can't use them with app.
couldn't get past phone number registration. fix it. seems like the app is a good idea.
I like that it keeps track of my purchases and water tests but the pool profile needs some work
I am a current customer yet I can't get past verification. It never calls to verify.
Doesn't do much. It will tell you what you need but doesn't calculate the amount. Guess I'll have to Google the formula for each chemical and figure it out myself.
So quick and easy to set up. Love it!
Didn't recognize my phone number that I use at their store. Uninstalled app. Done with it.

People are very friendly at nice in the pinch a Penny in Mount dora. I did have a question and nobody knew the right answer. :-( " they think " ! I would like to know for sure before I screw up my chemicals in the pool.

This is a terrible app. Despite trying multiple times, could not get through the phone number verification process. Never got a text code and when tried to do it by voice it kept cutting me off. I uninstalled it.
