my kids are a very long way from home and I downloaded this app before they even got on the plane!! 😊 it's so great to keep connected with them while not bothering them when they are having the best week ever!

I have had a great experience with this app except for this past week I have not been able to login to my account and it says that my credentials are invalid. Can you please help me and tell me how to fix this?

I love this app so I can see pictures of my daughter as well as write her letters and received letters from her when she's at camp.

I wish there was a way to access my acct through the app instead of having to go to the website.

It worked for one day. Started acting weird day 2 and just froze completely on day 3. Very cool if it would work. I use a motoz.

The concept for this app is wonderful! You can add money to your kid's account, receive photo/video highlights each day, and send letters to your kid! Only issue is it's very glitchy and kicks you out sometimes.

I have an S7 Edge and it stopped letting me share pics after a while. Just goes to email and wants to send the same pic over and over. Doesn't help to reinstall. Very buggy!

One stop portal for communicating with Pine Cover campers. Love that parents get to see photos , which helps put our worries to rest AND we control sharing the photos. Grateful for an app that celebrates the fun and respects kids privacy. Also like the content from staff, and the igital character qualities certificate.

The app itself is great when it works, but on my Verizon HTC one android, it only works when I install it. If I get out of it and try to go back into the app, it won't respond. I have to uninstall and reinstall it every time I want to get on the app. Please fix!

Only day I can't pull up single pics is day 5. I click on a pic the screen goes black and then the error "Camp Life experienced a problem and must close" shows up. The app closes and reopens but I still can't pull up single pics for day 5. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but the same issue happens. I've had no problems with days 1-4.

I've had alot of problems with the app. I know it's new but it would be nice if the same info was online so I can see it all during growing pains. I've had to take off and reinstall several times. I have never been able to view any of the videos. So I feel I've missed alot. I'm hoping next year more bugs will be worked out.

Love the idea. Definitely improved the experience of locating relevant photos of my campers. Probably saves a ton of drive-home CDs from ending up in landfills as well. Camp mail is not very easy to use and won't even allow me to send a message to one of my two campers (delivery options are all greyed out). There's no way to contact anyone through the app to try and reset whatever is blocking this either. I also can't get any videos to play. It just goes to a black screen and when I back out it sometimes says Error, failed to play video (I noticed). It would also be nice to be able to zoom photos within the app since it's not always easy to identify whether your camper is in a photo when zoomed-out. Right now, you have to download a photo, navigate to the download folder, and launch it locally. Again, really great idea and right direction to take things. I look forward to this app maturing and getting better.

I like this app but for some reason it's not compatible with my Galaxy Note 4. Everything works except the video.

I love being able to see the week in review! It made me sad the letter feature was not working so I could not communicate with my camper for two weeks.😞

I tried and tried it won't scroll down past week 6, do like the fact I can write to my kids though just can't see the pics up close as it won't let you make them bigger

Its a good way to keep up with my son, but it keeps saying error retrieving mail so I'm not able to see if my son has written me a letter.

I'm sure it will get better for next year. For the most part, it was pretty good. Better this year with the app than past years without. Thanks! Using Moto X 2nd Gen.

It wasn't operating perfectly but I absolutely love what this app offers!! I loved seeing my child "tagged" in photos! Keep it up, Pine Cove...you never disappoint!

Awesome app.... But I'm having trouble sending mail, it keeps saying. "Not able to send at this time, please try again later."

I like that the campers are tagged and it is a great app. However...it keeps freezing in some albums and completely resetting or crashing. I tried on iPhone too and it's the same issue.
