Using the app used to be a much better, easier experience. First, there were problems with Shoptracker part of the app (these problems lasted at least 2 months).Now I can't even log into the app using the correct information! (I know it's correct because I used the same info to log into their website and had no problem.) So disappointing, because this so used to work very well.

I like being able to use the app to take surveys, however, since I have had it installed (quite a while), I can not seem to get the ShopTracker part of the app to function properly. I wish support could figure this out and offer me assistance, because I miss out on a lot of points not being able to send my data.

I love the interesting surveys that I complete with Pinecone. I receive e-mails to complete a new survey and the link takes me to the Google site versus the application. Also, sometimes you need to highlight specific words you may or may not like about a product and this ONLY works on a computer.

App stopped working reinstalled it and now i have an error where it says "Error have happened while getting content for application" two buttons to choose from Retry keeps you looping back to the screen and close just closes it. Wish i could do more surveys but can't anymore with the faulty app.

Ive been using since January, in my opinion it's by far the best survey app ever used and I've used alot!! They pay $3 per survey. I've never had a survey take more than 10 mins, and I've never not qualified for a survey. They send invites for survey, I get 2-3 a month, credits show up within a few days and minimum for cash out is $3, so you always earn enough to cash out. I've earned $36 and cashed out $33 so far. And I've always received it sooner than expected. I Highly Recommended A+++

I love the app too, or should I say the website because the app no longer works! I sit here putting in my password over and over, trying different passwords because maybe I only think I know what it is, but no, still wont let me in, then I change my password and that dont work either, because still use my old password to get in on my laptop. Please fix this and I will change to 5 stars. I just read all of the reviews and no one can get in on the app anymore. great website tho other than that!

I tried installing the app through Google Play and it downloaded fine but when I click on it to open it it says there was an error opening app to try again later so I uninstalled it and installed it again and the same thing keeps happening I just signed up with them and I'm wanting to participate as much as possible and the app would make it so much easier for me to participate so I hope someone can fix the problem

*NO I AM NOT FAMILY & WASN'T PAID TO POST* The app is not working currently! My review is based on the company and the actual work. I have been a member for a year give or take. I have done many interesting surveys and I have received products to test. I have used the Visa cash out option every time but I switched to PayPal so as soon I am ready to cash out after my next payout I will soon find out if I like that better. The contact us is less than a 1 day wait. Immediate response.

I like the app at first. Made lots of money with it, but now since the update you can't even log in to do anything with th app. It keeps saying that there is an error and to retry or cancel. I can't log in to the app to get my money or to do new surveys.

I've been with Punecone Research many, many, many, years! this App idea is one of the worse ideas cause it just won't log in at all without an error now it won't open at all! the overall co. is honest & truthfully good but the App is a pain!

had to wipe my phone and when i tried to put the app back on, it won't let me in and doesn't appear to have even loaded completely. too bad, i really like the pinecone group. i will change this once the app is straight again

the one star is for the app, NOT the company. i have loved working for Pinecone for years! :) unfortunately the app no longer seems to be working. was it taken down from the app store? i didn't see it in search. had to come to this page through "see app info" on my home page. total bummer if so.. :(

App hasn't worked since February. I can't access my dashboard to redeem my earnings or even get on to take surveys. When I get on from an email, it won't let me log in. I haven't qualified for most surveys lately, but then I get an email saying I am inactive. How am I supposed to be active when I can't use the app or qualify for surveys?!

Can no longer login from app. Had to reset my phone (Note 9) and now receiving "an error happened while getting content for the app." The 1 star is for the app, not Pinecone. Have been member for years and love the surveys.

I've done many surveys for Pinecone Research and they're a fine, outstanding company to work with. They immediately credit your account with the amount stated and if there's any problem (which I've never had), just call and it will be remedied. Fine employees to work with there!!

Unable 2 ever log into app. Used Pinecone research in past, 10+yrs ago. LOVE this pd survey program. U have 2 be invited 2 program & actually DO PAY! I have NEVER been able 2 find another survey co. that a legitimately pays u! This co. is 1&only co. I actually received pmt frm, but I am UNABLE 2 USE APP. CANT LOG IN. APP IS USELESS. I wrked thru browser in past & received pmt, however have never been able 2 access this app. Wont let me in!

Best paying app I've encountered, however.... my coworker gets 500 points per survey and I only get 300......and I'm the one who turned him on to the app!!! Oh well, nonetheless, the surveys are pretty easy and the payout process is solid.

Amazing! Anywhere from $3-$5 per survey. The credits are prompt and the cashout is fast and easy. My favorite survey company by far.

Can't log into the app. Deleted and reinstalled and it comes up with an error or retry, which doesn't work. can log into website, but not app.

You are not always immediately credited with the reward after you do the survey, for some reason. Having to write customer service about it over and over again is tiring.

On the computer I had no problem but on the application it says I don't know my Amazon password. I used the same password. I know my password. I deleted the application. I will use my computer. still having problems with application

Hasn't been updated in over a year and doesn't work with Android 10. Guess will have to stick to website.

I love Pinecone Research. You actually make a good amount per survery and I was about to cash out I believe $47 or so. But since then I have not recieved a single survery so I cant give them 5 stars. Seems you can cash out once and thats it. Ah well, I had a decent cashout anyway

Love taking surveys on this app. All of them have been extremely quick to take. And I love all of the choices you have to spend your rewards on.
