I love this app and use it multiple times a week. I like the convenience of an app vs logging in to the website every time I need to access my account. My only complaint is that items can only be renewed one at a time. It would be great if it was updated so that you could select multiple items to renew at once. Edited to answer questions** I renew 2-30 books and when I have a lot at one time, it takes a while to click on each one individually and wait for it to renew. Thx for considering!

Very Thorough. The app has more than you would expect. The organization is excellent and the interface is always clean and easy to understand. You can even pull up a digital copy of your library card. The developer clearly put a lot of thought into this design. It's biggest weakness remains the GA Pines database itself, which is back-achingly slow no matter what system you use to access it.

Cannot Create lists in the My Lists page. Search doesn't not have auto-complete or recommend searches. Cannot create lists from the details page of a book or web long holding and clicking add to list from search results. The same book with different/newer versions can appear multiple times in search results. Only the most recent version should appear in results then older varients should be selectable on the summary page.

I use this app to reserve books for my 6 year old, a huge fan of super heroes and ninja turtles. Easy to use and having the staff locate and have the books ready when you arrive is great. The only thing I can suggest is having the app keep a record of book titles that have been checked out through the app. With the type books my son enjoys, the titles seem to blend together. The record would be a great way of making sure you don't reserve a title you have read. Thank you for the info. 5 stars.

Great for reminding you that things are coming for, and renewing is as simple as s pushing a button when you need a little more time.

Decent app, convenient to have access to, but I've been unable to use it for about a week. Logins are not working.

Nice simple app. Can easily request books that pop into your head, saving money. Just wish one could read messages in app.

I love this app! Even if I forget my library card it's there on my phone! I can easily search and hold books without even going to the library! Awesome!

This is a seriously helpful app. The only thing I wish it could do is allow me to see my messages rather than directing me to the login pages on the internet. Other than that, well done!

I had problems using this app initially. However the developer was very helpful in resolving my issues. Operator error!

Can't get in... I used to LOVE this app...now it won't work at all since the update... I really used the APP a lot before...This is SO disappointing. .

Does not send new receipt to your email address when you renew your books, leaving you wondering whether or not they were successfully renewed

You should be able to read and handle messages. Reply to: apps by Kenstir, that totally defeats the purpose of an app in my opinion.

never works. cant login with username or card number. constant errors and crashes. oh well. ill just stick to the website. less headache

Sort of hard to search and find items ur looking for.

I cannot even log in. Very irritating. Hopefully it can be fixed. I used to love it.
