Constant issues with the app, too many errors, stuck on loading screen and keeps kicking you out
The app likes to get stuck on a loading screen and tends to kick you off saying there is an error more than it likes to work
It's not a bad app in general. However I do agree with the last persons feedback on the screen locking in landscape it's a pain to health check. Also on health check I have to input tyre sizes and copy and past for all wheels when most cars have matching tyre sizes on every corner. A tyre size box that auto copys for each wheel would speed things up so. Hope this feedback helps.
Absolute rubbish. Whoever decided to make this app run in landscape mode all the time is guilty of making it the most user-unfriendly version so far!!!!?............................................... .................................. . Ah... well done Pinewood. App now reverted back to auto-rotation enabled. Much better. Thanks for listening.
Loading time to long, having in mind that technicians monitored on idle times, every update causing more issues every time, not reliable app. Message for update sending me to Google store and update not there, just option to open the app.
The worse app ever.it is temperamental. You never know if will or not work. If eventually let you log in surprise will come log you off and make you spent time frustration and bonus . It is keep crashing twice or more a month.
Takes far too long to upload videos on android and if videos are too long (6 minutes plus) then it crashes from time to time and loses the video, infuriating and time wasting.
An error has occurred when connecting to the Pinewood DMS. Please try again later.......This is all this app says 90% of the time. How can we be efficient and productive with this trash. I must spend an hour a day trying to clock on/off jobs.
Whenever a update is available via the app, the play store doesn't show an update for at least 10 minutes. Have you keep opening the app and saying yes to update for play store to show update available. This is very annoying
I don't have the remember my login tick box on my Huawei. It is really irritating as everytime the app closes I have to keep redialing in my username and password. When the other technicians simply press log in
So many updates that always crate more problems then they solve. After the latest update the app is now stuck in landscape mode. Would not recommend using this app
No issues what soever I'm using a Samsung galaxy s10. But when using an old ipad provided by work it doesn't work so well which is expected
so poor and frustrating to use. one problem gets fixed only to find something else does not work. costs me many work hours each month.
unable to open after update
When clocking on a job, the operation lines are so small, we have an entire page for the job lines but they are all crammed up at the top
telling me to update and asking to go to playstore but does not give the option to update
Utter joke of an app! 15/20minutes spent every morning trying to log in and clock onto a job always loading and get thrown out of app, app is upto date too. Who do i invoice my lost earnings too?
Forced to use it at work if not I would delete it
Always looses Internet connection and app has to be logged in and out constantly to regain use of the app, happens daily and all the time
health checks keep going off half way through and its not a device fault i have used my own phone on my data and on the wifi i have used my work tablet and everyone in the workshop is the same spend about 10 minutes and it gets deleted
Only being able to edit a health check when clocked on a certain line is annoying...
Videos seem to take much longer to upload that they used to on the old app
Still not working properly, even after numerous updates, when clocking of an operation the screen stays white with a blank page and the spinning buffering wheel keeps running , the only way to get back to where you started is to press return which takes you to app tile screen then tap app tile which will then let you finish operation and let's you choose another operation, this can be intermittent , so is it the app or the Samsung tablet at fault ?
