Ping Express Instant Transfer

Worst money transfer service I've ever used. I used it for a simple airtime top up but my transaction has been pending for the last 16 hours. However, I checked and my bank account was debited immediately after I initiated the transaction! There is no option to cancel and I have tried to contact them by live chat as they state on their website that they are answering their phones due to covid19. However, no one has responded for the past 10 hours even though it says "typically replies in 4 mins

This service used to be so good in the past, but it's so bad now. Accounts gets credited within minutes but now, beneficiaries gets credited after 24 hours or more. It's so frustrating especially when it is urgent. Same thing as Airtime top-up. I have uninstalled the app on my phone. Something needs to be done. Thank you.

Good for fast delivery. just that you have to pay attention to the details otherwise you may end up sending money to another person from the list of your recipients. it's confusing as the account # is not in the same column where the name is. correction should not be a big deal for whoever that created the app.

I have been using Ping Express for 2 years now. It saves us a lot of money!! Sometimes there are delayed transactions(rarely happens), but it is just for security purposes, and it's totally worth it.

Rates are good but the airtime top up those not have options for network provider, I was contacted by customer service to confirm the network provider. May that's not automated yet because of B2B partnership, don't know. The bio security feature is great too

As much as I used to love ping Express and always boost with friends that they are the best and have perfect exchange rate compared with the rest apps. But fortunately, I'm disappointed since early March they turn off US from sending money.

i enjoy using this app all the time. it saves you money by giving you more for your transfer and its fast, easy and convenient. most especially the support team is incredible, always quick to fix any observed issues.

I use it to send money to Nigeria. While it isnt as well developed yet as many financial apps it is the closest one comes to an app being made in Nigeria for Nigerians. Responses to issues are usually well understood and corrected swiftly. It would have been nice if it could store card details but I guess they dont want to talse the risk so that is fine. It is also the cheapest way to send much needed money across in a hurry 😊 Newer Version has finger print log in. Nice, we are getting there!!

This service used to be efficient in the past,but right now it is very horrible. Customer service is very poor,there is no one to answer calls or respond to chats. You send money and transaction is not completed for almost a full day. I guess they should be more transparent in their dealings..e.g display your availability period,so that customers will know when to transact business. My last experience was horrible!

Doesnt work for me. They keep asking for the ID, selfie and utility bill and when i submit, it doesnt go through, i tried 3 times but failed. Sorry but it looks like a scam asking you for important staff. I'd rather stick with wave.

I have been using Pingxpress for over a year now. They have good exchange rate,quick delivery of your money and friendly customer service working 24/7, always ready to answer you. I will recommend to anyone who can't deal with stress.

Very useless app, my account was disabled with no explanation, I contacted the company several times with no response. Not recommended because it takes ages to complete transactions which should not take more than few minutes

Works as expected. After having to provide a driver's license for the background check, have been able to transfer money smoothly and instantly. No issues at all

Saw this in an Instagram advert and tried it and it was awesome without drama. The only thing I see is some countries in Africa are missing like cameroun. I need to send money to a friend there!! They were good one or two times and in my next transfer their business stops. They made me believe they were good I decided to use them but someone started joking with me. All the text I sent was returned to me with a laugh. I just thank God I tested them again and my transfer was left on pending till now. I thought of referring them to my friends and they made look like a fool by keeping my transfer on pending.

Great service. I was completely skeptical at first on how legitimate and reliable this business was considering it's Nigerian. As an African/Nigerian I am glad there is a service that is free from error, accurate, legitimate and totally reliable. And someone do pick up the phone and solve your problems / inquiries when you call customer service which is a high plus for a Nigerian business/service. Because typically that never occurs. Transfer fee is very reasonable; most reasonable out of all.

Really....this is the best app so far.....Sending money through agent was a big problem because they give excuses like I don't have money now, I will send it tomorrow etc. A friend of mine introduce this app to me and since then it has been ''money sent easy'' for me. The recipient receive the money in less than 5 minutes. I love this app and keep up the good work.

My first and only experience with this app was horrible. Sent money on a Tuesday around past 12noon and the money wasn't delivered arou late night on Wednesday. I tried contacting them all was waste of time as there was no response. I don't recommend at all.

while creating my account, I did not notice you have to set your country of residence and the default was uk, i filled the other info and proceeded, then it ask for a UK number to get my code, which I couldn't provide because I don't live in uk, I tried to click the country code to update to my own country code but it's not working, I tried to go back not working, I tried to start all over again, it's says my email already exists, basically am stuck, contacted support no meaningful response

Improved feedback, the compliance team made conceited effort to ensure that my issues were resolved. Being reached out to on a timely manner shows that they do make effort to go over costumer feedback. And are willing to adapt and improve ... I do believe with this effort at improving their services ... They will go far..

Very ugly app, poor UI. Poor customer service. Their service is just like Nigerian Civil Service, very backward and slow as hell. In 2019, an app will require me to enter my full card details and verify my address for every single transaction. Use Remitly if you want seamless transactions, plus their fees are even lower.

Great App...one of the best wire Transfer App. I recommend for everyone trying to send money to their families in west Africa. I Give ping Express a 10 out of 5 stars pls i highly recommend. One of the highest rate and quick payments

It's been exceptionally incredible, I trust them because of the confirmation they made when I went on vacation outside Canada. Pingexpress is the best I have used so far.
