App was last updated around 2 years ago, and custom alert sounds no longer play. What use is a downtime alerting tool if it can't audibly provide distinctive notifications? Used to be good but now literally unusable.
Last updated 3 years ago says all. Poor option via the app compared to the GUI. Solarwinds gets a shitload of money and doesn't improve the service at all. Bad probe servers that occasionally cause false alarms.
Select sound doesn't work, it says it failed to acces storage, but app's "file and media access" is on.
It asks credit card for free trial. there should be atleast basic feature in freemium model with some restrictions/limited features to persuade users to upgrade instead of forcing users to upgrade.
Worked ok until I added 2FA on my account and now the app no longer lets me log in. Can't use app now so reverted back to web.
Everytime you try to log in it says 'something is wrong with your network'......... NO THERE ISN'T. IT'S YOUR APP.
Having a hard time to register, don't have time for wasting on this. Cheers

I tried to use this app, but it's not working on smartphone.
Unfortunately I don't get the notification from my company
Terrible experience. Issues are loading 15s+ and shows different data in the app and in the website dashboard. I am almost always on 4G, so it can't be a connection problem.
This app used to work fine but now I get the error, "something wrong with your connection". No other app has this problem and the is no network connection problem. Please look into this issue.
No longer possible to resume a paused check with no data as the "leanback and relax" screen appears in stead.
Can you fix the issues page already..? we have less than 20 checks and still it shows spinning circle forever

Meh. The start screen can't be changed. The app doesn't show page load speed reports. Meh. It's a bit usless.
Couldn't add a new website and couldn't edit the website I entered in the beginning. Also, couldn't sign out. It may work really well, but since I couldn't fix a typo it's useless

I understand that Pingdom wants people to encourage buying SMS credits, but changing the alert/notification sound is a much needed feature, which should be quite easy to implement. Otherwise, it's an excellent app and service.
Great App, does what I need! Given 4 stars as no ability to change the alert tone / alert volume, I need this app to go crazy when a server goes down. If this happened I would give 5 stars all day!
App not connecting with network.... Solve this bug
not worth it. it gices me connection error no matter what. we pay more than 1,000 USD a year. Again we have server for nine hours and no push notifications. Absolutely unreliable. Android was setup to never power save that app but no matter what we do now and then notifications just don't show up. Useless. Not renewing next year.
