crashes every time i try to read a message from our pediatrician. Samsung S9. Tried again. same story. updated to latest. 03/30/19. still crashes 100% when i click on the link from the email notification. Update: The company already claimed it was fixed, but problem is still there.
I have trouble with the site glitching. Almost every other time I use it I have to reinstall to fix the glitch. When I try to enter a provider's name to ping, it won't pull up the list of providers. When I reinstall, it's fine.
Our group uses it for answering service texting so many of the video call issues from other users don't really apply. It seems to work without glitching but for our applications it doesn't seem to have many advantages over simply using the regular text app in our phones.
Great for work. App format is easier to use than the online website. Great for telehealth. I was unable to call or video via Ping (but I was using Mac? Still ...) otherwise a good messaging app. Clients were very receptive to use. Again user friendly, simple app
This app is such garbage .. First off nothing is user friendly at all. Second, regardless of the information I put in it tells me it's incorrect when it's absolutely not. Crashes constantly .. not wasting anymore time on this app ..
Wonderful app. Jus a little confusing at first trying to figure out the calls with headphones and being able to talk back and forth.
This is one of the glitchiest apps I've ever seen. I usually have to restart my phone in order to receive a video call, and I have to use a headset to hear audio.
Lots of dropped video on client side. Android system seems to be doing strange things like not able to search apps through Google now since install
The video doesn't work for Android. Is there some bug with it, or is there a trick to getting it to work. I've change all permissions to FULL and the app doesn't answer the call. --- RESOLVED
I am not technically talented. Difficult start up, tutorial did not help. We are using it for the privacy of inner agency communication.
Good app, works well, however I wish you could delete pings from your clipboard that have already dealt with. I have tens of thousands.
Never connects properly, drops calls, as soon as the call connects, it freezes

Keeps having bugs and issues with the speaker/audio setting during video. Can't hear my provider during video because it won't turn on speaker phone capability, nor is there any setting on the app for me to change it. Had to hold the phone to my ear to hear my provider, which nullifies the purpose of a video visit.
