I uninstalled this app, updated my system device, and reinstalled it. (This was after I installed it and uninstalled it 4 times and was told by your people to update my device.) The app is still not working properly. It keeps freezing

The app has been so slow for weeks it keeps saying PINK isn't responding close app or wait. It does is everytime you do anything. It's beyond frustrating!!!! And please don't say check my phone to ensure it's updated cause it is. It's fine on my end they need to fix it on their end. When I order something it takes a half hour or longer after having to wait each time it goes to the next page

great app. allows you access to all the offers available on both the Pink app and Victoria's Secret app. bummer you can only use 2 offers but better than most places that only allows 1 offer. I love how it's always giving me the current deals in my notifications and email. the app is easy to use. love getting swimsuits, bras, clothes, bodycare and accessories for my daughter. great prices when items are on sale. clothes last a long time.

I like the app but I wish it would show if an item is actually in stock at my store before checking out. Also, signing into the app is hit and miss. It doesn't recognize my password and I can't sign in with my fingerprint. It gets really annoying that it's just easier to use the web.

Shopper Friendly App! Love the perks features & offers within the app. Also love the ability to manage my account, view order history, store gift cards/rewards cards & view products for both PINK & VS. I would suggest fixing the following problematic issues (& reason for 4 stars instead of 5). Theres an option to link your PINK credit card & VS credit card, however in my case it doesn't do that I can only view VS card. Promos/offers are always an issue online. Need anility to reach CS in app! :)

I ALWAYS ha e issues with this app! I try to pay on my card, it always gas me log in again and ALWAYS tells me it dont recognize my sign in information! I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, i have reset my password multiple times! Its beyond frustrating! I would use it to shop more because i have very little opportunities to get to the mall but im over it! Im ready to uninstall the app and just not shop with pink/VS online or with my card! Its too much of a hassle!

Every time I check out it redirects me from the app to the old vs page and even though I have a bra in my cart it keeps trying to charge me for shipping. If it stopped redirecting my check out page all would go smoothly. So annoying. Especially when your coupon expires in 2 hours.

Even after updating the app (which seems like daily) it is never accurate. It doesn't keep your reward codes; nor does it offer you anything. It just keeps your account info like credit card info. Often it will kick you out so then you have to put that 19 digit code back in again and again. Sometimes I feel they do this so you won't use it.

This app as well as the VS app constantly lags, and has issues loading, every 3 minutes a message pops up saying app is having problems responding and I have to either hit the wait or exit button, VS and pink need to update there app, I love it for shopping when it works

I like the app and the deals and the ease of finding things but also it runs into a lot of random errors that are less than ideal. I'd still use it, it's just a little irritating.

Anytime I log in it says my account don't exist. I have to constantly change my password just for it not to let me in even after changing it. This is how CC card payments end up late. Definitely need to work on bug fixes on this complicated unmanaged app...

I love shopping with this app and the VS app, but they both have problems with freezing up all the time! Always get an error that says app isn't responding.

When trying to make a purchase the app repeatedly froze and kicked me out of checkout. It was very frustrating and after 10 attempts I finally got it to work. I will not purchase through the app again.

the app needs to updated or something. Because it is very slow and always saying it isnt working *wait or close app* so some fixing needs to happen. So far as that 5 stars always. I love Pink !!!

This app doesn't work..I've not been able to log in since I downloaded it. I forgot my password and when I click on reset it does nothing..and believe me I've tried in different places thinking it might be my connection but it still doesn't work😠

the app is so slow all the time. and when I choose different color or style, the price is all the way up there, i have to scroll up every time... annoying. I only install this app when there's app only promo, I uninstall it each time after I'm done with the current promo. Follow up: my phone os is up-to-date, and it's very fast

Normally i dont have any issues and i buy online thru this app. But recently its not working right. Normally if im looking a logo hoodies and tap on "Pink Apparel Catalog"(or sleep apparal, etc.) itll take me to everything they have in that section. Shows everything. Now it jus say PINK APPAREL CATALOG(0 items). So now if im trying to find a Varsity long sleeved hooded tee i have to actually go to the search bar n type it in to find it. Its nowhere n the sale stuff. Its stupid. Fix this plz

Completely frustrated! Can't even login into the app. It will only let me use it as a guest. Also dislike the new 2 codes only feature. Everyone who shops at VS /Pink loves getting more bang for their buck k.

LOVE the selection, the extended sizing options, and how there is a lot of new colors and products every season.

Trying to purchase a bathing suit top. Online would not let me ship 2 of the 4 colors to my address. Odd and annoying. Ended up buying 3rd choice color.

I'm disappointed I couldn't get into my account to receive a few offers. I've been trying to reach out and couldn't get through. I lost offers and sales due to this. other than that I love vs.

Updated the app just now and it still won't let me edit my account which I need to do because I recently got married and changed my last name. This app needs some serious bug improvements!

I love PINK Nation that app is what's up I've always enjoyed Victoria's secrets products they're a little bit more expensive but well worth it because the items are well made they fit my taste my style and I just love all their clothing

I love this app I always get the best deals on clothes ect.. It is so fast and easy to get help when needed. You just text and chat with a customer service agent. I highly recommend this app.

Love the options, the sizing info, reviews. Super easy to navigate. Had a few offers that should have been applied, but would not work.

I have tried signing up and using the app but it keeps telling me my password doesn't meet requirements even though all of the boxes are checked saying it's good. It says cannot use consecutive numbers or letters.....I have tried everything under the sun with no luck. Again all boxes are checked indicating it passes the expectations yet a warning pops up saying password doesn't meet requirements.

App freezes. Exclusive in app offers will not apply to my cart. Live chat is a bot, not a person.
