The app never worked for me, and always tild me my account was expired or couldnt had passowrd problems... Even when I clicked on the link in the email sent it told me my account didnt exist but never allowed to to re-register. Its realy unfortunate sinceI need taxi service quite often for business
Out of all the cab services that are available in Trinidad, this one is the most expensive. On numerous occasions I have compared it to other services and the price is always more by A LOT!
This is absolutely the worst app in the history...It sticks alotttt. Never able to upload the selfie which is required...or any other documents for that matter... An app for women should be alot safer than this!!! Left me stranded at ungodly hours in the morning....Very Disappointed!!!
Excellent service but the app is horrid. It is slow at the best of times & frozen all other times. Truly a shame. Your app is your 1 & only interface with customers. Fix it or risk losing your customers.
I've downloaded the app but my account has been under review for over 2 weeks. I'm very anxious to use PinkCab after having a terrifying Uber experience and would love to share a positive review to other women but need to be able to try it first.
Total waste of time. I downloaded since 9 this morning, it's now 3 in the afternoon and the account still isn't verified! But I needed the taxi for 10 30...sort out all yuh self. I uninstalled the app.
I just downloaded your app n I must say it's so slow like wow. It sticks the whole time. Like I literally been trying to search n it won't move anywhere. I really needed this app 😭
Haven't even hired a car yet y'all are too expensive prices are ridiculous especially for short distances ! Other taxi serves are more reasonable sorry no thank you

Took too long to verify. Uninstalled and found an alternative.
I just tried to sign up, I'm from Trinidad, and it keeps saying "Error network request failed".
The app is glitchy and slow. Customer service did not meet minimum expectations.
Too complicated to sign up for. Why should I give my biometric jus to use a taxi app? , but I like the idea of the app being women-led.

Yes the app itself is slow and it sticks, but it works, and the service is absolutely amazing. I'm new to Trinidad and changing my transportation services to use pink cab only, was the best decision ever. The book later function is the best. The drivers I've gotten are responsible, good, careful and kind drivers. The cost I find to be appropriate for the services that are performed. If the app issues are solved, five stars is not enough to rate the app.
