The match filters do not work in the least. I live in northeast North America, and kept getting matches from Europe despite my filters being for no more than 50 miles. "Customer service" is definitely a bot. Full of spammers and scammers. Worst app.
Is annoying that we have to pay for everything this days!! Can't even text anyone without paying. What a joke!! Now block this comment too!
Pretty good app. The best so far. Has a lot of details on profiles...i like it. My only problem is that I get notifications of messages about 20 to 30 min later and sometimes it s too late. And also sometimes people appear online when they aren't.
Great app and its free to set up the profile but as soon as you get a match or shared interest with someone then you have to pay to message them. Not enough stuff to test out the website without at least paying $20-$25.
Pointless. You can't read messages unless you pay a frankly extortionate fee, considering how low membership is in the UK. Other apps like Fab charge a tiny fee, and have millions of active members. I have no problem paying 20 for 6 month access. You might want to look at your business model. Uninstalled
I can't even add a picture without the app just comp closing right out on me But still have to wait another 10mins just to see if my account can update, an app shouldn't b this difficult
The cost of subscription is ludicrous and even simple features are behind the $30+ a month pay wall. I'd rather have adds than that.
Charges q monthly subscription to READ messages sent to you! Deleted within an hour of having it, no free trial or anything to even give it a try.
The app shows people from other countries and states. Not as much local. When I see some one too far away I block them. BUT I want to be able to delete those profiles to stop seeing those in my scrolling
I'm very disappointed. I found someone I would like to connect with but both of us are standard users so we can't read each other's messages. It would be really nice if I didn't have buy a subscription to read a message.
You can't message people so it's pointless. Juat uninstalled the app. Please don't respond back about if someone else pays for it blah blah blah. Why would I pay at all? Why would you make it where we can't message each other? Don't install the app its pointless. I can find something wlse that is completely free.
Horrible!! Don't bother.. this app says it's free when it's not.. you can send and receive messages but you can't see any of it until you pay..
The absolute worst. I live in a huge metropolitan area and 3 people had visited their profile in less than one month. I guess nobody uses the app and it is completely a money grab.
Am a friendly person interested in meeting up with people of different back grounds flexible. Interested in sports especially volleyball social easily accessible in all aspects of life.
First, I am a paying member. With accessability to ALL of PinkCupids features, I find this to be a very robust App, and one of the best at that. Search criteria options are thorough and detailed, messaging is flawless and the navigating tabs completely relavent. I was a free member for a long time before ugrading. I can honeslty say that the App can't be given a fair chance without upgrading. It's been game changing. Yes, really. ;)
