its showing a black screen can you please fixe it ? and when i tried to redown load it it still shows the black screen can you please fix it for me i'm begging you to fix it

I really do like this app and my little loves it. The problem is I paid to remove the ads and all of a sudden they are back. But I checked in the app because I recently had to re- login to all my accounts but it says I've purchased it too so I don't know what the issue is.

After I paid for the app to get rid of the dumb ads, the app doesn't work anymore. Whenever I open, it's just a black screen and after a long time I get a message saying connection to server failed, downloading file at least once required. Can't even get my money back!!!

Not cool at all. It keeps taking to the home screen. No offense, this game is still cool. I would've gave it a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ if they would've made it better. I just sent this to tell you what was happening. My device probably had some problems, or this rating should be sent to the pinkfong community.

It is quite enjoyable for my daughter and she adores baby shark! But I think you should add more mini games and make the figures (baby shark) interact like talking or something like that. That would be more enjoyable. Anyways keep up the good work!

Pinkfong makes enough money from me and everyone else that they could make and app for little kids without pop up ads. My toddler loves it but every few seconds we are having to close an ad before she clicks on it. I would pay to remove them but have a hard time giving money when they design such an unsafe app for littles. They can and should do better then I will pay for their apps. There are much safer apps out there that will get my money.

The game is fine, l think its absolutely RIDICULOUS that you have ads at the bottom and some that pop up constantly.. It frustrates my kid so much. I know there's a way to remove them but I just can't believe that you entice people to pay for ad removal in children's games.

Good app for kids but I think it's wrong that even if you purchase the full version there is still a prominent icon that leads to the Google Play Store for other games. I think if you purchase the full version that should go away

Hey there. I had your app for a few months now. This is a great app for kids. The reason I gave it 4 stars is that it won't work anymore. I boot the app up, see the pinkfong logo then the phone startup then crashes. Thank you for your time. -John

This game is more than I expected 5stars because it has pinkfong and baby shark calling filters music and texting emojies it's so fun better than any other game. It also has an option for more game i am definetly recommending this. 😉💜👍

I think it is a very colorful and an interesting game but when it starts the becomes white and blank, so I never got the chance to play this game, so kindly fix it please.......

the game is good but when you take pictures the space is black i pressed the rotation button the space shows things the camera is viewing but the picture i recieve the stuff in the space is upside down can you fix this

Not even opening on my galaxy 20 phone. Shuts down immediately when trying to open or stays on a blank screen. Worked great on my galaxy s9 but not now. Plwase fix soon my toddler loves this app.

Good app for kids but paid to remove ads but cannot restore purchase. Will update review if fixed. UPDATE Issue was resolved by the Developers when emailed. Had to pay again to unlock but they refunded me.

My 1 yr old daughter absolutely LOVES this app. She jumps up looking for my phone no sooner than the application is opened and starts to play the music.

Guys do not download this app if your on Android, when I installed this app and open it my shutdown my phone and I cannot open it anymore i got angry, good thing I fixed it and it open and I uninstall it, don't download this app!!!!!!

I paid for the removal of ads and it's still showing ads. Very disappointed in this app and company

Thank the Lord for this app! My child loves Baby Shark, so I give her the iPad and she pretends it's a real iPhone. Even though ads are in this app, it's still good. 5 stars ⭐ Keep it up!! PS. Make more apps of Baby Shark, like Baby Shark's Morning Routine.

My grandchild loved this game, than it stopped working. Stuck at the begining. Please fix! Deleting for now.

Im downloading apps for when my sister gets back from the hospital. This seems perfect! She loves pinkfong! So she would like this! 100% reccomend this for toddlers.

App will not open. Got an error message there is a bug in the app

Would be good if they're wasn't pop up ads everywhere on the screen n not including the bottom ones, I'ma just stick to the ad free n no IAP apps for my 5mo old ✌🏼

I give it 2 star because i used to play this game but on my other ipad and on this one it is not downloading very disapointing 😭but good game!🙃🙂

I like the pictures and I like when my little sister play the puzzles that she complete I say to her let's picture and I hold the phone and she tap the picture and flash 5 ⭐

It stuck in the beginning,after it said Pinkfong. My little sister can't even play with it. I really want to delete this game but my little sister won't let me

I think it is good for children 4/3. They learn how to use a phone and much more. But remove the camera. It's not friendly, I don't trust it.
