I had a very good experience on this app. The counsellor was professional, on time, and understood my frame of mind really well. The fee is nominal, not too pricey so quite affordable. Not a great app to use especially during these tough times. Doesn't fit the requirement. You barely receive any adequate feedback and it's not affordable either. The therapists don't seem very well versed. Would highly recommend to NOT use this app. Moreover, they don't know how to fix the problem. Never provide adequate solutions. Towards the end of the session the therapist was more focused on the rating to be given. Not how to move forward with the problem. Huge no overall.

I finally decided to go for online therapy during the pandemic and I opted for CBT sessions with Vaishnavi. It was interesting to see that sometimes she would grasp things about me that I haven't even told her directly. The writing exercises that she recommended regarding journaling my thoughts have helped me through the process of healing and I learnt new ways to deal with myself in every session. If you are struggling with your mental health, these therapy sessions are definitely worth it.

Amiable counsellors and reasonable price, and most importantly it helps. I have had six sessions with my therapist, Vaishnavi, and I know I am much better than from what I started. The app itself is user-friendly, the therapies help and you can see the change happening. It does take time though but it works.
