Works well, no functionality issues. Though it looks very outdated. But a true benefit of the bare bones appearance of the application is a very easy to use interface for customers of any age. Keep on keeping on, and don't develop into the grossly bloated corporate money dumps that most banks become.
I have been patiently waiting for this app to be fixed because I at one time LOVED this app. I loved that I was able to lock my debit card when not using it. Well.....my debit card is locked and the only option of unlocking it is through the app that has not been working for months!!!! Very unhappy right now and considering a bank change.
It used to be better. You were able to screenshot which was a plus for me because I don't like writing down a bunch of confirmation numbers. They took this option away. Which to me is pointless because I can go on to the website and screenshot 🧐 I got the app because of the convenience. But it is proven to be less of a convenience. Thanks I will just save the website page and continue to log in that way. It's not like my phone won't remember my password for me. You guys should really updated
Has been working fine, but this week it has been crashing on the Opening window. It will bit stay open for longer than 1 second. After 10 tries, the app will finally run.
I have not been able in login to my account, it will stay stuck on a white screen not matter how long i wait or how good my internet is, not that says cause of service. I have even uninstalled the app then reinstalled and i have restarted my phone multiple times and nothing ive tried has worked.
Since my last update, I have not been able to use my mobile banking app at all. This has really been a big inconvenience. My bank could not fix the problem. So maybe you guys can check the security aspects of your app, and compare to the updates of mobile phones!!! Still this app won't work on my phone. Now it won't even open!!!
The app will not launch on my new phone but works on my old one. I hope someone is working on this. (Edit 4-11-22) The app works again on latest Android. Thank you!
not able 2 use app in months. cant control my card, mobile deposits...nothing-talked 2 techs and app developers "not a compatible phone" but it worked b4 same phone! BUT THEY DON'T Mind hittin me w/ OVERDRAFt FEES! BANKED W/Them whole LIFE- no overdrafts in years cept 4their swindle sweeping from 1of5 accts into other! it's sorry! $20-40k sat 10+ yrs in checking-never even offered a interest savings account, no cd's-no nothing! not tha it's worth it anyway! -rates as pitiful as this app! 😤💯
Love it never have a problem with it unless they are updating or working on the app. As of today I'm not able to get on my app and I love how convenient it was. It says I have a bug and won't come up. I uninstalled and loaded it again but says same thing have a bug. Well it's working fine now thank goodness after 2 weeks
Finally back up and running after a few weeks. The app works great but devs need to stay on top of security updates to prevent this from happening again. I doubt the Android update that took down the app was unexpected.
Can't get in the app anymore. Saying the app has violated security policy. Apparently this is happening with alot of banking apps
EDIT: All these issues are now fixed. Amazing banking establishment, but remarkably sub-par app features. One glaring shortcoming is the inability to conveniently access account & routing numbers from the app for linking to other accounts. Easily a 4 - 5 star app with minor updates. Fingerprint login works great, however if your session times out, it only permits you to log back in with your password or you have to completely restart the app to be prompted with fingerprint functionality.
Only works every once in a while. Very aggravating when you're on the road and your kids need money transferred or you need to make a mobile deposit. I keep it updated. I reboot often but there are many times the app won't even start.
Can't use it half the time. Since the new update, it's always having technical issues. What's the use?????
Had my review set to 4 stars for the convenience of being able to check my balance frequently and deposit checks at home, until the recent Android update. Now I can't use the app at all. Due to mobility issues and work, I'm not always able to make it to the bank during their business hours. Hope they fix it soon.
The part of the Application that needs some major improvements is Bill Pay. It currently is quite cumbersome, not intuitive, or user friendly..
Limited Mobil App Use. Can only do certain functions. I should be able to do all with Mobil app just like on a desktop. My other bank apps has many more app features.
A simple app for a simple bank. Only thing that stands out about this app is that you can view your account balance at a glance. At one point you were allow to take screenshots. Now you can not. It doesnt show any account information including your number or personal information that could be used to jeopardize your identity so not allowing screenshots is very annoying. Especially when making a transfer because who wants to keep writing down a bunch of transfer numbers.
Why do y'all make it mandatory to update the damn app when nothing has really changed my phone will not let me update and I don't see the purpose because y'all keep making the damn thing bigger what else can u update I mean really
Since updating the app I haven't been able to do anything because it won't open at all...
Well this is great! from 1 to 5 they let me know when there was another update that will work with android phones.....they just did, all is well in the world. I am back to loving this APP!! You are all the best!
Love Pinnacle Bank!! Their online banking system; really makes you feel like your in control, and even better..! I would say its one of the more secure accounts, Keep being great, Pinnacle Bank!
Not the best, not convenient, not useful. The Bill pay feature never works! And not to mention there is Absolutely NO ONE available to talk to about any issues on the weekend. So with that being said I was charged late fees 10% of 2150.00 for something I could not get help with

I love this bank more than any bank I've ever used, and this app was very user friendly. But since I updated (manditory) my phone 3 days ago the app is not coming up. My phone error message says it has a bug and so it is being blocked from opening. I Uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it and still the same thing is happening.
Love the app....its easy to check your balance, if you need to transfer money from another account you can do it on the app 😀
Update 03/26/2022 Again haven't been able to logon for days. Updated app in 03/24. Still can't get in. It doesn't seem to be getting any better just worse. I haven't been able to use this app in over a week. It keeps closing, telling me the app has a bug and needs to be updated by the creator. It's so frustrating that this app rarely works.
