I've recently installed both the Business and Personal apps on my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 with Xfinity, and I've not been able to even log into my accounts through either application. I've also seen an occasional message pop up to say that the app has stopped working, even though I was not trying to do anything with it. I had restarted my phone, multiple times, to see if that might have been required to get things to work properly. I am only able to login to my accounts via the website through the Chrome app. I have subsequently uninstalled the apps as they were causing problems with my phone. I hope to be able reinstall them at a later time, when they are no longer problematic.

Can you fix your app? Its just a blank screen when I open it up. And when I finally get it to open, it doesnt show me all my pending transaction. Even you actually website has issues. Sometimes it shows your transaction, log out then back in and its not all there for some reason. Didnt start doing this till the last update. Your too big of a bank to be having these issues. Get it fixed. For the suggestion for reinstalling app to fix the blank page issue, i have done that three times now.

Nothing works well. Really clunky. Lost everything I had (bill pay, transfers, account history). There's also a giant "banking 101" thing taking up half the screen that tells you what your available balance is (current balance minus known outgoing transfers). You can't get rid of this and it's just annoying someone thought that unnecessary feature warranted 50% of screen.

This app is terrible. The only feature it has that isn't also on the mobile site is that it crashes in the background constantly. Every hour at least. Just set a shortcut for the mobile site on your homescreen. At least then you can log in with saved passwords. If you try to use one here, it only enters the characters that aren't masked by asterisks, and then even you fill in the rest manually, that issue causes the login button to stop responding so you have to close the app and reopen. Terrible app.

It has completely stopped working. When you open it you only see a white screen with no words/buttons. The app has been really buggy on and off for the last year and seems like they need to invest more money into developing a working app. Very frustrating.

I have never had a problem with Pinnacle, have had my account around 2 years now. I've even moved out of state, but could not find another bank even close to the service I get with these guys, so I've kept my account with them. So glad for the mobile banking now. Depositing checks are quick & easy. Thank you Pinnacle for being a great bank & for the wonderful customer service you have.

Update makes depositing a check nearly impossible. The check frame and phone are no longer in the same relationship, they are 90 degrees out of sink and you have to manually take the photos of check. Recently the app will not take photos of the checks automatically and manual photos are rejected. Poor app and support is non-existent. Revised..developer responded to my bank with typical IT bs. Time to move my accounts.

NO ACCESS I have been trying to access my account and the app keeps crashing. I'm not understanding why I keep getting an error about something being too busy. the last update was 2/20/19. ummm it's almost June. can yall please fix the issues or remove the horrible app all together. Utterly ridiculous!

The apps good enough it tells you what's in your account but the issue I have with it is I have to uninstall it about every 2 weeks become it just decides that it's going to go full white screen then I gotta reinstall it to fix that and do the full login all over again I contacted the developer the first time it happened but they don't care doubt it will ever get fixed and wish I didn't have to use its just annoying

Too many clicks, and you have to go back to the very start of the process for every check you deposit. There used to be a better app which said do you want to deposit another check? And then would lead you from that point on. And sometimes it just doesn't work and it's offline and it's try again later, etcetera

Has become worthless. Won't allow me to log on. Login page freezes. Worked fine until a few weeks ago. The Pinnacle business app behaves the same way. Addendum: I found out they will work if you type in your username and password every time and bypass the password manager. Bummer.

The app is good. The new camera portion of the app is a huge improvement as is the more rapid deposit approvals. I still wish it would recognize the mobile deposit check box that appears on so many checks these days. The technology is already in place to recognize endorsements, so it's not a giant step. It's an annoyance to have to write "For mobile deposit only" on every check.

I use to rely on the app for accuracy of my spending an now I'm constantly having to un/reinstall the app (white screen). I wait for things to clear bc I don't trust the app. I can't log in from the browser on my cell with the online banking either says my info is incorrect but my laptop lets me log in just fine...the app is becoming useless. Compared to other banking apps that actually work an function. Ppl are starting to get frustrated 😞 I know I am!!

This app is unstable at best. Didnt have any problems with it for the first 3 or 4 years, but over the last 6-9 months it is pretty much unusable. Can't even log in. Just get a white screen when I open the app. This needs to be addressed please.

The app itself is fairly straightforward and does exactly what I need it to do. The only reason I wouldn't rate it a total of 5 stars is due to the (perhaps intentional) lack of ability to paste username and password via a standalone password manager, and the lack of two-factor authentication for the app itself. In this day and age 2FA is a near requirement and should be available on every sensitive service (or any online service for that matter).

Its a decent app. Does what it is supposed to, when it works. For anyone out there that has a blank page when loading the app, you have to reinstall it. Just Uninstall and install again and it should fix the problem. PNFP, please don't break the app on your next update.

Really cool app that allows you to do everything you need! The only issue I have is that the Spendable Balance does not always calculate correctly. You have clear the cache and storage every so often to keep this feature accurate.

Editing review from 3 stars to one because this app is actually getting WORSE from before by glitching out more frequently (the only fix is to un- and reinstall) Works well once I'm signed in, but I've had to install it 4 times now because sometimes it glitches and the official fix is to un and reinstall. Other than that, it would be 5 star

I have had so many problems lately with the app not working. When I click on it, it's just a blank screen. I've had to Uninstall and re-download just to get in. Very inconvenient!

Poor most of the time :/ . Most of the time open this app it shows white blank screen. Does not show login or password. I thought it may be some bug so I reinstall the app and problem still exist. Can't think of anything to fix except if there is another update to fix this bug on this app. Wish this aph can do more than just simple stuff for online banking.

The extra star is only because i do love them as a bank, so much better than the big boys, bank of america, etc. However this app is the absolute worst, I constantly have issues, and for the last 6 days I only get a blank screen with no login. It also bothers me that they do not notify their users of these errors and let them know they are working on the issue..

Once in, the app works well, however I have to enter my password manually. If I use my password manager, it will not allow me to press the sign on button. I use a password manager in order to have long and very secure passwords to deter the bad guys. It also means it is a pain to enter the password manually.

The app is terrible. The online check deposit does not tell you if the picture is OK. I regularly cannot login. The terminology is confusing. And the information available is limited compared to other banking apps I have used.

Pretty simple, easy to use. I like that you can set spending limits and view graphs of how your money is being spent for budgeting purposes. Wish mobile deposits were quicker and 24h though

Within the past month this app has become very unreliable. I can only login may 1 out of 10 times I try. When I pull up the app I just get a white screen. I do not even have an option to login.
