This app down not allow easy access to my acct. It never recognizes my finger print then locks me out so I can't even enter my password to access my mobile acct. This is a consistent problem, very unsatisfied.
Forces me to change password with no warning randomly. Last time I was in Germany and didn't have info with me. Besides that it glitches occasionally but generally runs well.
Quick and responsive mobile app.
This app is extremely frustrating! It randomly comes unhinged and forgets my information. I set up fingerprint login, that breaks and forces me to log in to old fashioned way to register my fingerprint again. Then it says the fingerprint is still stored and it works for a few days till it breaks again. And as far as service goes why even have a 1-800-xxx-xxxx number if it's only routed to an office that closes at 5:30? How hard would it be to list available call hours? Not impressed.
I used to be able to use this app. About a month ago an update came out and hasn't worked since I've even reinstalled 5 or 6 times, reset my router thinking it could be connection issues. Nope it's just the app. It just simply stopped working.
It won't let me open the app I open and then it closes it doesn't load
Very helpful and useful. I can always check my account status, make mobile check deposits, or block my cards, even make internal transfers between accounts. etc... I wish I could find a way to do monthly transfers between accounts automatically.
Great, this time. It's getting better. The app started out really bad, but with Evey update it gets better.
Much too soon to have a new app. Just did it last month. Messed up. My loans . Every time. New app. Instead of able to borrow $200. Goes back to $20. Thinking Its my 1st time getting a loan. Causes me trouble.
A very good online banking app, sometimes its unavailable, but they close it down usually to keep us safe and ive only noticed it during late night hours when it does occur.
I've had this app for years, and it only gets better and better. Transfer money from account to account. I can deposit from out of state and count on it being added.
Won't load and continually kicks me off

Almost always an easy breezy experience. Only once in a while will it not allow me to log in.

Every time i click on the app it doesn't even load up just tells me it stopped working

This app works well most of the time. Since an update, it crashed immediately and I wasn't able to access it for months. I ended up finding out I needed to turn off 'USB Debugging' for it to stop crashing though the app closed so fast it took me awhile to catch it. Hope that can help someone else!
