I love this app because I can use it I'm not very computer literate so it's very nice when I can use an app this easily. I can't believe it's so easy to use, but it is! I can deposit a check with a picture and I can transfer money from savings to checking with just a few clicks. For someone like me, slow on the computer, this is the most convenient system I've ever seen (and understood)!
Super picky about taking photo of check - MOVE CLOSER - MOVE FARTHER AWAY - USE A DARK BACKGROUND - NEED MORE LIGHT - Finally get it to take photos of check to deposit, do deposit, SUBMIT, then CONFIRM, circle goes round and round - and it says X ERROR! - SYSTEM UNAVAILABLE, PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER. I've tried forty times. It doesn't work. It won't save the photos of the check, so you'd have to start all over and hope that it worked in the future. Which it won't. Ugh
Convenient and user friendly. I can take care of certain transactions online through the app.
Absolutely just trash job of creating an app it says it was updated sept 13 2020 but it was a downgrade if anything i cant even login to my account because the app is so retarded, i didn't forget my username or password, the app is just retarded an nonresponsive, if this doesn't get fixed soon im going to take my business to another bank.
This app it's no longer working. It says to contact my institution. I just used it a few days ago, now nothing. I can't even log in on the website. Frustrated
Most of the user-friendly transactions in the app have been turned into a nightmare. Please change the app back to the five-star it was before.
Garbage app, doesnt work often, password is continuously needing to be refreshed for unknown and unexplained reasons..

It's an okay app. I never have any issues with glitches or anything. However this app is still very digitally behind in the banking world. I as well bank with Wells Fargo and there app is very digitally advanced and there's tons of services that can be preformed via their mobile app. The world is moving towards more convenient options, and Pioneer needs to catch up.
