The app is good when it works. However, the fact that it is linked to a phone number is not very helpful sometimes, especially when the phone number is suspended. I currently have my phone suspended, so because of that, I often can't make certain purchases. I'd like to see increased account security functionality and accesses, and other functionality to mirror the website, along with making the website functional on multiple devices and security settings.

App is not that bad. Only giving 3 star because remote check deposit pictures are not good at all. Have used other banking apps and they just take an actual picture. This app does a black and white render. Which, a lot of the time I have to retake because of such poor photo quality or the app asks me to retake. Not sure why you can't just take an HD picture. Especially since it's the current standard.

Absolutely LOVE this app! It is so easy to use and allows me to do everything I need to do so I dont have to drive to the bank everytime I need to do a transaction! I am also so happy it has the check deposit now! Makes my life so much more easier since I am not able to get out and about with my health issues 😊 ( I also am really happy I can see my FICO score whenever I want. I can keep an eye on my FICO score and work on my credit easier!) Ive been a PFCU member for years and always will be

I've lost the ability to pay my credit card online. Not sure whats happened. I usually pay it via the app which is simple and worked 100% of the time. But recently after confirming a loading circle appears and nothing happens.

Check depositing has gotten buggy. Never had any issues with the older version, but the latest update seems to be trying to roll out new features that aren't quite ready for use yet.

Well I was really confused, made so many mistakes, think I have my act together. No idea what that $1.99 charge is for. Really messed me up, guess it is there to stay for what ever reason? It comes out before I get paid, so I just have to remembet to keep the money there for a month. I think I am ok with it. It has taken way too long to get this account up and running. Thanks for your patients.

For everyone who isn't able to login. I had the same issue. This app no longer works, you have to download the "myPioneer Mobile" app. Be nice if this mentioned this to android users, apple users had there's automatically updated.

3 stars is a improvement. I put your app in the negative to begin with. I have to admit though, it has consistently gotten better. You actually improve on it in such, that it becomes more useful. A lot of companies seem to lack that very basic insight. I'm looking forward to 4 stars.

Best feature of mobile banking app? Mobile deposits. Since the last update I can't get mobile deposits to work, complains that the check has not been endorsed (which it has). I can take the same check and using another banks app make the deposit without issue.

The app is super outdated, can't add authorized users for different log ins, can't see my autoloan cause it's a different account even though it's all under my name and social. Pioneer needs to catch up. I could create a better app and I dont even know how to make apps.

Honestly this app is kind of a pain. It isn't super intuitive and the mobile deposit for checks is really difficult to use. I also use Wells Fargo and Idaho Central Credit Union apps for other accounts and they are much easier. Why can't Pioneer Federal get it together?

It seems like a good uselfull app to me. I usually basically use it to check my balance & transfer $ between accounts when I want. I don't have to drive to bank to do what I want like this.

It's been a long time since I've been able to deposit checks using my phone. Always shows an error when i try taking a picture of the endorsement side. End up having to drive over anyways. When will this error be fixed?

Hard to deposit checks, had to go to the branch(which is way out of my way/near my home or work), after trying over7 time to phone app deposit the check. Way too much like work. I am considering changing bank accounts for this reason.

I personally like this app because of how easy it is to navigate. I have no issues managing my money and really no confusion when trying to figure things out on the go because of this app.

Constant problems. Every time they do an update they break something else. PFCU is great at banking and AWFUL with technology.

Very awesome and easy to understand app. Only thing it needs is a way to log in with fingerprint or face scan.

Awesome app, does exactly what it needs to do and is easy to use! could use a design change for cosmetics, but it's not necessary for the function of the app!

the new update could be a very nice improvement however my log- in bar is only a small sliver. most of it gets cut off when App opens!

Amazing user interface and wonderful features although I wouldn't expect any less from pfcu amazing bank, amazing people, and amazing apps.

Depositing checks with the mobil app so far has been a nightmare, the font goes through the first time however, the back takes FOREVER to take!

I have trouble with the back of the check. I can't seem to catch the box need without a long time and many tries. i finally got it but I'm stressed.

Great app, the best, the most convenient of all time. Everyone says this. You know they said it couldnt be done, this app, but we did it. Its a huge deal. HUGE.

It's really useful and helps a ton with managing the bills and finances. Keep up the good work!

I love my credit union more than the app. It will frequently time out while I'm in the middle of bill pay or transfers.
