To use the Pioneer Mobile App App, you must be enrolled as an Pioneer Bank Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

Dont like the systems way of showing deposits and whats avalible etc tol confusing .its like not easy to understand and cant even get in my acct sometimes on my app . never mind im sure my words dont matter. I put cash in and its saying memo deposit Really? why? Cash should show asap not later . were in modern world not the past heck even other money institutions do instant notifications on cash like walmart Bluebird etc
I have trouble constantly due to using my phone..keeps locking me out of my account and have to call. Its a pain. Im thinking of changing banks to something that doesnt have log in internet issues. Developers need to fix the issues so busy people can check their accounts via cell phone.
This is a great bank. Customer service is fantastic. When my husband passed the ladys at the stanardsville branch were so kind and helpful. I would not bank anywhere else.
Had it a few years now. It has been reliable and simple to use 99.8% of the time, and when it isn't, it seems to get fixed quickly.

Love the new app, just wish it would give the option to actually update, says a newer version is available but then takes me to the play store to open but no update option
The app never works ..I have to go to the app store Everytime to get into my account , I don't understand why it takes so many steps . the old app was better
