App is a piece of garbage! Have to re-enter all information everything you sign in! It's been like this for MONTHS! I've done everything to try to fix it. And it's not just my device, I went to the bank to discuss it with a manager and was told by a clerk they have the same exact issue and there's no fix right now. I reached out to support also who asked for me to send in screen shots, etc.... No response months later. This honestly is making me want to even change my bank
App is absolute trash. Never saves my login info and makes me verify almost every single time. Needs major updates for basic levels of functionality.
Since this app and data processing is NOT handled by Pioneer but hosted 3rd party getting resolutions to app issues is impossible. Recent upgrades to mobile app has for android OS been absolutely horrible, if it opens at all. Call to Pioneer help desk was totally worthless since they are not really administers and can only recommend the user to use a browser to get information. Resolution on the android is power off the OS and reboot.
this app is horendous. needs to be updated/improved badly. i work the 3rd shift and get out at 1130pm, there are times where the app IS NOT AVAILIABLE and you CANNOT ACCESS your accounts. It particularly likes to be non-accessible on Saturday nights, go figure you cant even transfer money to your checking when you want to have a night out with friends. And the transactions arent in order. Pioneer needs to service this soon!
Banking at your fingertips. It has everything you could need for a bank's mobile app. History, mobile deposits, bill payment management. Couldn't ask for more
Its nice that you can sign in with your finger print now.. But its useless since if you have to do anything meaningful in the app you have to enter your password again.. Isnt the fingerprint log in supposed to be enough like other banking apps?? Why do we have to log in twice??
I use the Pioneer mobile app quite often to check where my accounts stand, to transfer between my accounts and pay bills. It has always proved to be dependable and helpful. Thank you Pioneer for making my life easier!
App opens up to a white screen. Cannot access. When it actually works everything is fine.
This app wants permission to know my contacts and camera!!! Why? No need for that.i don t trust it. This is how our info gets compromised. I feel like they want to sell the info. They even want to know my pictures??????
This is the worst app!! It is always crashing to a white screen! They should have never updated this .,..the original app was at least workable!
I hate this app. It has Soo much promblems the app stop working and it freezes a lot. I had to go to my bank plenty of times. I am a pioneer member and I hate the bank service it's awful.
The mobile app is very user friendly. I love the People Pay option and the fact I can retract a payment if I type in the wrong number.
Close to closing my account because of this app. I uninstalled and reinstalled, and it constantly opens its self while I am using other apps.
Absolute garbage app. Sure hope they do banking better than they do app development and support.
The Pioneer mobile app is easy and convenient to use. I like how simple it is to make my mobile deposits.
Since updating the app doesn't load. It will come up with just a white screen.

Keeps opening unexpectedly - other then that pretty smooth
When it functions, it's "fine" for what it is. However, the app CONSTANTLY glitches and makes it so you can't use your fingerprint to sign in quickly, forcing you to type in your (hopefully) long password every single time. The only way to fix this is to uninstall and reinstall the app. It also forces you to "sign up" with your phone number almost every time you log in as well. They also made the purchases and deposits the same color instead of one being red and the other being black.
