Secure your account with a 4-digit passcode and fingerprint or face reader on supported devices.
To use the Pioneer Passport app, you must be enrolled as a Pioneer WV FCU Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

Well organized and easy to navigate.

I was forced to change passwords, then have a verification code sent to my phone by text. The issue is the code never shows up. Ever. No matter how often I make the attempt. I do not want to install a verification application, so I am locked out of using the Pioneer app. Junk coding.
Good app. The security of entering pw to make payments is good and bad. Good for security but bad since I use biometric. Wish it also would use biometric so I don't have to keep resetting my pw month! I like look. No issues with balance. Just I believe you have to subtract pending debts.
Works fine. I like being able to transfer funds to loan payments fast. I like the app all around layout it good after a few uses. Could do without forced password changed though. Should be up to the user when to change password.
I appreciate the ease of use of this app. However, I experience repeated needs to reset my password. I wonder if this is somehow due to me and my spouse (joint acct.)using the same password. This provides us double opportunities to make password mistakes.
The app lies about what is in your current balance . Which is especially annoying over the weekends. Don't know if they're trying to fix it or not. But I've already lost a lot of money in overdrafts. if you're just using it as a template to get an idea of what you have that's fine but don't rely on it to heavily.
Constant password resets and now the app instantly crashes when I try to open it. I'm just going to use the browser version, this app is garbage.
The second you need to make a transfer it says error updating, of course the time you need it the most.
Its easy to understand and use.
App functions as it should, bank is a little bit more difficult to deal with. I am not a fan of the two factor authentication, the daily lit and constant fees.
this app is too hard to use. you cant see everything on one page. it gives too much access to your account if your phone is lost.

I use this app several times a week! I love the convenience it gives me in accessing my accounts.
I love being able to transfer money, see real time spending.. And deposit checks without having to step foot in the bank or having to leave my house if i dont want to..

My experience has not been good. The app lies about how much money you are supposed to have. The profiles are not private. I am just unsatisfied with the app.
