A Pioneer vehicle telematics device and service subscription is required in order to use rDrive. Once installed, the telematics device can be activated so users on the account have access to the rDrive mobile app.

I have tested this with my husband and I find it not to be too accurate or reliable. Update5/18/21 My 2nd time having this issue. My car is unable to be located I have left about 6 emails with screenshots and called many times and nobody answers I paid 4 the device /subscription 4 a year And I paid 2 have it hard wired the gps has not been working for 2 months My son was in an Accident with significant damages of up to $4000 never got a notification..
Had installed about 6 months ago started working great and what supposed to do. Not real buggy, location don't pull up half of time. Try to move map with finger to try and find location and more times than not will move a whole state on you. Have tried restarting app. But see no updates in awhile. Same result on both ios and Android. Any suggestions?
