Events Calendar
Consistently a favourite feature, our event calendar is a lot more accessible than the one pinned to the fridge at home and it is more accurate too as it’s automatically updated. Use filters to narrow down the entries to ones of most interest to you, and you can add priority events to the personal calendar on your device.
Alerts
Push notifications or Alerts reach you as quickly as a text but can contain richer content like video, pictures and documents as well as words. Opt-in to whichever groups you most want to hear from to personalise reminders, late bus announcements, forms, accounts of the day, weekly newsletters and much more. You are in control and won't be bombarded with everything or feel left out of the loop.
Photos and Video
Pictures paint a thousand words, photos a million and our support for videos lets you see the school musical, highlights from the day, or the latest innovation from your school. Share these with social media accounts and other services via your device.
Key Information
Menus, price lists, contact details, timetables, uniform requirements, key dates, who’s who, packing lists, legal policies, procedures documents, handbooks - not necessarily the reading material of choice but if you do need to refer to some or all from time to time it's best have them handy, easily accessible and all in one place.
Forms and surveys
No more need for paper or emailed forms which are such a bore to fill out and return. Now you can reply directly on the app in 10 seconds if you’re in a hurry or at more length if not. Snap surveys are shorter and more to the point than online ones and equally easy to fill out and volley back.

Notifications are not being pushed from your app which makes it almost useless. Also it is extremely slow and unresponsive. The other apps on my phone are extremely quick.
I have the same issues as below. The app is slow, clunky and the unread messages don't clear, I permanently have 438 messages! I preferred the previous app with our school logo. Now I can't get into anything. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Really frustrating.
Very slow to load in info including the whole app. In addition, when you try to put notifications for just your child's year group, it still sends you notifications from other year groups.
Using this app is like time travel, it's like going back to the early 90s phones. Terrible app. Surprised the schools are relying on this app. Sometimes wont load and always slow and laggy.
Can't clear alerts, not really an improved app. Can clear notifications but in the app. The X on the alert list doesn't clear the unread. Same on an S9 and S9+
Has stopped sending notifications meaning I am missing important messages from the school. Poorly designed and not well thought out.
I have stopped getting notifications since the new last update. I am missing important information from my children's school. I have to keep checking the app so I don't miss any vital school information. I hope you can sorted out the issue.
I have a child at Primary and a child at secodary and both schools use this app yet there is no option to have more than one child. I therefore have to miss out on important information from one of my children.
Notifications are fully allowed on my phone yet nothing comes through and I have to check the app twice daily to ensure I don't miss messages from school. Also getting alerts relevant to Year 3 which is not selected
Downloaded the app as the school ny children go too and the school is not on the list. My wife has it and its working but not for me. Plus feedback about the app is poor and I havent even used it.
Terrible app! Errors all the time when trying to send messages. Needs to be installed and uninstalled all the time!
Having deleted and reinstalled the app, I have reselected the channels I want but I am still getting messages for all the other year groups. Could you please rectify this.
I cannot get my kids schools old app anymore. Yet this app has NO INFORMATION on the school in this app. No term dates, no news and no calendar dates.
After updating to Android 10 (on a Pixel 3), I uninstalled and reinstalled the app to fix the blank alerts and the app is working fine.
Very slow to react when you clicking on options. No notifications coming through.

App icon has lost our school logo which made it stand out. Now it's just another odd symbol that doesn't mean anything to the user.

The app doesn't even show baysgarth school when entering the name so cant use it!! Whata the point!

Slow and prone to bugs. Not an effective method of communication for any school. Thanks for your reply. Can I suggest that you poll your users on their experience as issues are widespread and cannot be explained by my personal device or network speed. Once you have user feedback, you can focus on much needed improvements.
