Love it. I am a fallout fan ever since I got fallout 1 and then I only played fallout.
I downloaded the app, nothing happened, I can't open it and I can't find it on my phone, I need any kind of instructions

I love this thing man, its just a little choppy but I can stand it. What I can't stand is the fact something as simple as a pipboy wallpaper costs .99 to 3.99 when this is a lot cooler + free... maybe you should try your hand at making a pipboy 3000 wallpaper.
It works on this tablet but not my other one which I tried first. It's a Verizon 4GLTE just like this one.
This wallpaper is so cool! The people giving it one star just don't understand how it works. This is a WALLPAPER NOT AN APP. To activate it you must CHANGE YOUR WALLPAPER. This wallpaper will be under the LIVE WALLPAPERS SECTION. You must tap on it to activate it.
Love it. If you would do more fallout ones i would download.. i would pay for it too
Love the look and the customization. Pretty nifty. And for those who can't make it work, this is a background, not a normal app. Go select it like any other background.
It's a great lwp. Really well done. However, I think it'd be great if you added an option to have different shades of green. To suit custom fallout themes and such.
Does what's intended. It looks cool, some missle animations move choppy while others are smooth. Still cool, and free!
Hope the developer makes more pipboy freebies like widgets that will look good on this background. Thanks for this

I like it! Looks good on my HTC M9. I've been wanting to use a live wallpaper but never found the right one until this one especially since it's a Fallout themed one as well!
I installed it but it wouldnt do anything else so i wouldnt have the background

This has nothing to do with fallout and it has the wrong color, they are lying when they say "do you miss the atmosphere of fallout". It does'nt even look like a pip-boy at all. I completely understan how it works.
