The game can get pretty boring once you get enough of the gameplay loop, and I feel as if there are a few mechanics that are not properly explained (the shields come to mind, do they break after one use?). Something else I didn't like was that the tournaments felt really stingy with reward thresholds and the actual rewards.

It was a fun game until i got really far, was gaining loads of spins then it randomly reset and sent me back to the start with nothing to show. How bad is that. They try and sell you loads of stuff. I guess if you dont buy they reset to annoy you. I have done as they sat and contact via email. No response shows they add the comment for the sake of it.

Just started playing but can't open any of the stores, tells me there was a problem and to try again later or restart the game. Doesn't fix anything when I do- It fixed itself, none of your steps mentioned worked but avast. Thanks anyway, keeping 3 stars as i'm on island 10 and from tne start the game barely gave you any tutorials, options in the left grid unexplained unless explored and still then unexplained, and it is also slow paced. I mean i'll have 250 spins, X15 and come out with 10mil.

I recently had an issue where I only gave a 1 start because I very upset. The game prompted me to accept new updated terms & conditions, so I did. I then went into my game and lost everything. I was on island 29 and it started me back to island 1. Here's the great news! I contacted customer service and they were a HUGE HELP! They responded to me right away, and gave me steps on how to retrieve my game process. It was successful. I am now back to my island 29. I REALLY enjoy playing this game.

It takes forever to load I don't have the option of Wi-Fi every time I work in the real world where you're out in the world driving and you get stuck in the middle of nowhere. I normally try not to play this game when I'm out in the middle of nowhere only when I have a hotel room and even then it's iffy.. The game does like to freeze haven't tried it with update yet trying to get that to do now. I quit buying stuff for games when I noticed that the price went up and I wasn't getting that much

Seems simple and easy but this freezes every time I buy something for my island. Displays 999.9 million as price tag for anything. Clearly broken. To developer response: I am on google fiber. Every other thing in this house works perfectly fine except this game. I powered through the first island and after that it works perfectly fine. It wasn't the connection. Something was broken.

Like the real world, great inflation has hit the islands! Single digit purchases do not go far, almost all the purchases available have doubled in price. When the game becomes a struggle instead of fun, it's just a matter of time until uninstall....

Very similar to other games of the genre, but much more heavy handed in the gatchas. Ran out of anything to do (except of course giving them money) within 5 minutes. Roll multipliers arent worth it, and you wait an hour for 15 energy - which is about two minutes of gameplay. Find a better gamble clone, this one is not worth your time.

Edited: downloaded at again and play is better. I'm enjoying the have again. After reinstalling and enjoying the game. Another awful update . The wheel is fine fire a slot machine type spinner. Nearly impossible to make progress. Even packages to purchase weren't as good as before. I once again uninstalled.

Game freezes when trying to build the island. Have to stop the app and restart. A prior user said the same thing and you replied it was fixed. It hasn't been fixed. I like the game and will give it a 5 star rating when it stops freezing up.

Countless tickets and still cannot receive things to my gift box. Over 10k spins at least missing, gold and cards. Dev responded to last post, great, did not do anything. I keep getting new tickets because new people email me, then suddenly I never hear from prior tickets. I have sent numerous screenshots at their request and now they want VIDEO of the issue/error i am getting. RIDICULOUS!!

Great game. Cost a bit of money to keep going in the late levels. But over all not a bad game.Graphics are very high quality. And they're constantly adding great additions to it.

Found this game to earn rewards for another game. Very disappointed and frustrated that there was no possible way to earn the rewards without paying money in this game. The game itself is unimpressive as well. Weak

I have been playing these games for years. Not a very good game if you really wish to complete the daily adventure task. The higher level we reach the more difficult for us to complete it. Now add-on those special event task also become impossible to complete. Anyways, the game has bugs. Every time I hit the symbol(s) of the treasure bar the spins & money become zero. When I re-open the game, the number of spins & money will back to normal. Please fix the bugs. Tq.

Very buggy. When I try to buy an upgrade to my base none of the buttons work after I buy the upgrade. It also says my upgrades cost 999.9 million for some reason. Hopefully you fix this and I know it's not my wifi.

I've been playing this game for years and have seen it go through hundreds of changes...the latest edition is super fun and offers lots of free rewards if you pay attention and play smart.

02/03/22 update: As a high level player it's hard to advance without making several purchases. Keep getting a no internet connection message when trying to switch challenges. Spin hundreds of times with no cards. Given the brush off from support as connection problem was on my end and that card rewards were random. Already bailed on Board Kings (which I used to love playing) looks like I'll be dropping this game soon, too. Play using Google not FB

Been playing for 5 years now, after the recent update.. The game freezes a lot and the daily gift is bugged and gives me Expired after receiving any kind of Rewards, been facing this issue for a week now, is there any fix for this?

Put age 13, too young. So I restart the app, still says too young. I delete and reinstall it, still says too young. Minimum age is 16. Also ads are all over the place. Sort your game out developers, must be out of your head.

Ok. Seriously???? No, no and no ....how can a game gets dropped like that? I have to restart hundreds of times just to get through one island. Where's the fun in that if frustration piles up?
