Love Pita Pit, but their app is garbage. 3 times it has changed my Dagwood order from my toppings to plain. The order shows my toppings in the order confirmation, but they receive it without any toppings. Very frustrating. There have been lots of other little glitches with the app but this is unacceptable! Wouuld rate the app zero stars if I could.
Worst online ordering experience ever! This app is hot garbage. It's like they don't want my money. I have an account already, but the app will only allow me to create a new account. I can't sign into my existing account! Had to order on laptop... You can't edit your order quantity from inside your cart. When I finally ordered, I didn't even get a confirmation email! Terrible online ordering.
All the reviews i read were 1 star and poor descriptions, but for me it was extremely easy to navigate, payment worked perfectly, and our correct order was ready to go when i got there. Excellent food with the ability to pre-order. Highly recommend especially for fast lunch on a time limit
Pita Pit needs to fire whoever designed this app. I'm sure they're losing some business because of it. I tried to order, even I went to check out it said it couldn't process it because one of the items want available, but it wouldn't tell me which item. I tried removing and adding items to figure out what was available and still kept getting the error, or the error that my order wasn't $10. Pita Pit get a real app designer.
I have had so many orders never delivered because the app doesnt send the order. In all honesty until they fix their app never use it, uber eats or other options will actually get the food to you. I live less then a mile a way but for some reason the orders fail everytime. Pita pit is amazing but their app is really really bad. I've lost over 30 bucks to it.
I've never liked this app because it never works right, but I keep it just so I don't lose my points. I just got a new phone and the app will NOT let me log in on it. I can log in just fine on my old phone, so I made sure I had logged out of that one. I still can't log in on my new phone. Instead, it tells me the password is incorrect and locks me out. I have tried resetting the password multiple times. STILL can't log in. I love Pita Pit, but I absolutely hate this app!
Hate the new way you cannot customize toppings on the app. Why can I not order a chicken bacon ranch and swap one topping? The only place I've ever tried to order from that won't allow simple customization, guess they don't care about customers.
App doesn't work for pay/points anymore. The last 3 times i have been here, the shop will not scan. This had been about 6 months because i live in another town and we're eat here when we are passing through. Very frustrating! I have points and cannot use them. I haven't been able to earn any additional points either!
App is horrible, can't login to the online site with the credentials from the app. My Order is consistently wrong, I don't believe the employees preparing the order get the full information, website ordering has different options, less confusing, and my order is always correct. No way to scan receipt for points? What year is this, how can such basic things be missing
The app doesn't work properly, it says the closest pita pit is all the way in New York , which is 8 hours away, when there is literally one 15 mins away across the boarder in Canada st Stephen Newbrunswich I live in Calais, that's the closest in miles and I would have loved to use the app for it, but sadly it can't find any out of the United states.
The menu on here is a joke, there's only 6 kinds of pitas when i know there's way more than that in the store and it's always missing ingredients or tries to charge extra for things that you would not be charged for in the store. Hate this app should have stuck with the card and you only get $5 where with the card you just for a free pita, and have to spend way more on the app to get $5 off
Can not use any of my rewards- says its placing the order, get a notification that I paid, but then amount is automatically refunded. Have complained twice through feedback in the app and they just say they see its a problem and are sending it to an engineer but nothing ever changes. Has made ordering on the app/online pointless.
Every time I finish customizing my order and tap "review order", it says "an error occurred." I've tried everything I can think of to troubleshoot this, and nothing has worked. Terrible app.
Was given a $5 off an app order coupon in store, the app didn't have anywhere to put in the coupon code, I clicked to go to checkout and it just charged me for the order automatically.
App has issues when not on wi-fi. Also can't order a drink or side without having to start over. No transaction list. No previous order list. Just a basic buggy app.
I ordered, had the app tell me the transaction went through, and it never did. I called to ask where my food was, and they never got the order. I wouldn't be nearly as upset if the app had also alerted me that the order didn't go through.
Like the new app now that I know I don't have to set up payment through the app. I can scan to get rewards and pay with my credit card. Enjoy eating at Pita pit and getting free food.
Was working great for a while, then last week and even today would show my QR code all blurry. Everything else on the screen was fine but because of this I'm unable to collect rewards or pay with the app inside the store.
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, still can't get the cart to load. "An error occured". They REALLY need to fix this app and give their franchises some help!
It has never worked for my pixel 3xl. Once you add something to your car it gives an error code. Also, it won't recognize my rewards phone number that I've used for years. Useless really.
App still broken 11/29/2021 - No way to add credit/ debit card so it fails on order. When you try to add card online it just spins forever. They do not want my money. App broken 2/19/2021 - forces you to choose extra cheese in order to add the item to cart.
App will not tell you if something is unavailable, it just says that there was an error. So you're unable to complete your order, not knowing what was wrong. Had to use the website to figure what was wrong.
Requires your personal information to use app at all- only needed email previously! Cashiers claimed I could use my receipt to get points from purchase day of downloading- cannot. App is clunky and hard to navigate. Miss the old card!
This app is absolutely garbage, you can't use the reward points unless you use the app and it never lets you finish the transaction without an error, absolute waste of time.
The most cumbersome and ineffective food ordering app I've ever encountered. You have menus and submenus and sub-sub extra side menus. Just for the toppings. Oh wait! That's just the pre-selected toppings. Want to customize? That's a whole nother set of menus! Very dumb app.
