I really like this theme, it is one of my favorite black themes for my phone. I see that it is discontinued, so I guess there is no way to remove that rediculous Guido Fawkes image for the default phone contact image.
Working great on N6 AOSiP ROM. Only issue for me is black on black on the power/reboot menu screens.
So close to perfect though has some issues with Chrome Website Menus not showing text and some other areas of black text on black bg. Hope it gets fixed.
There's ALOT of black on black text everywhere on my Nexus 6P with this layer. Settings, playstore, Google messenger etc. Not usable. Once fixed, will donate. For now, uninstalled.
Play Store apps rating (stars) is NOT visible - black *** on black background. And please, add the com.android.mms (AOSP MMS) for those who uses Zero gapps w/o google crap like Hangouts etc. ps. Very warm thanks for the black Nova Launcher Settings!!
Looks great especially with so many apps giving a black choice now. Not found any black on black writing yet, but still new. Love what I see though.
Nice Layer, but black text on black background on AOSP Browser menu!
Mind blasting love it!!!!! Sent from Galaxy S2 Using SlimLP
Should maybe produce
Problem with WhatsApp... Can't see some options as they are blacked out, please check
If you use dark layers alwith amoled this is the I've found. A few light on light & dark on dark glitches, but less than any other & less glitches with each update.
This is awesome! One thing I have noticed though, I just used gmail and when I select "reply all" - all email addresses are black and I can not see them.
I wouldn't have rated 2 stars but it just messes up the google now launcher with the vertical scrolling app drawer.please do rectify that. The low rating is only to draw your attention.
Please correct font color in whatsapp, Facebook messenger, instagram and twitter. Everything else is perfect, good job
Several third party apps like pocket cast text is black On black Edit: replying back to developer, inbox has white on white font, and you're right about an app that's not on the list (pocketcast) has black On black font... Truly a beauty though of a theme.
Very nice - like the darkness. Contacts groups is faulty though, white text on white background! Please fix that and it'll get 5 stars.
There's some white text on white background issues. Snapchat is one and the lockscreen is another.
This my first time using Layers Manager and i must say its better then the cm theme engine! This the best black theme i ever used,id like a themed facebook n messenger , but other then that, this theme is going to stick with me for quite sometime.
The best black layer made imo. :)
Nice dark layers theme.
Is great only problem on you tube when you type something in search bar you cannot see it.
love it but its giving me some random reboots , and sometimes i get bootloop. probably rom related or layer.
Would rate 5 stars if would remove the stock navbar from the system ui apk so you can change the navbar.
I've had layers on my phone for two months and still was downloading apk's and it the hard way. This is exactly how I theme my phone. I also like the fact that Google inbox is already themed. Great job.
This dev & these great lookn themes r what brought me back to RRO! Awesome job what you're doing for Android!
I have one main issue though: when any app gives me a Heads up Notification, I am not able to see the text. Other than that I really love it!
Still some white on white action going on though recent menu when choosing where to pick an image from.
It's great, however, needs some work. Improved battery life with AMOLED screen isn't worth having a phone that's barely useable. Pros: Black theme saves battery tremendously Cons: Black on black text plagues so many facets--Google Now stock prices don't show up, drop down menus in chrome, etc. Guy Fawkes background in outgoing calls without contact image needs to go. Google Play Music play button disappears in widget. I understand that you can't test everything. But these things have been brought up many times. Support, not just development.
