Note: Pitch Perfect makes no effort to synthesize a natural sound -
- instead, it generates a plain old sine wave at the appropriate frequency. The goal of the app is to provide quick, easy access to a note when you need it.
Tips and tricks:-To reorder your songs, long-press the edit button next to the song and choose "Move up" or "Move down"-To sort your song list alphabetically, hit the menu button while looking at the list-Hit the menu key on your phone (or look at the action bar) for additional options-Use it with your Android Wear smart watch to remotely control the pitch pipe -
- even when the app isn't open-Add a pitch pipe widget to your home or lock screen for easy access

Great Tool! I am a church worship leader and this app has been super helpful. I especially like the song list feature with pitches included. However, I would like to have the ability to rearrange my song order like in previous versions. Please bring that back!
Ugly sounding ; ( I was looking for a pitch trainer. I already have a great app to use as a pitch pipe called Tuner Pitched. Pitch Perfect has ear grating electronic tones. Not great if they are trying to appeal to people who are sensitive of sound. It is as pleasant as listening to a smoke alarm.
Very quick and easy, especially if you just want to check your instrument. Ads are only a bit annoying if you want to use it often or for more involved sessions.
Gutted - this used to be a great app with loads of pitch & metronome functionality, but that all seems to have disappeared now. Looking to find a replacement. Disappointed.
Excellent app...very useful and handy. Developers, in the tiles mode of the UI please cosider using b/# in stead of b/# for the lower 4 tiles.

Keeps crashing on start-up, reinstalled but still crashing, using Samsung A52 with Android 11. Am I doing something wrong?
Could you please add an Import/Export function for the Songs tab. CSV or similar. And a full chord (3 tones) option for song pitch.

Useful for pitching tricky notes in choral music if you don't have a piano
Its a good app and all, it just hurt my cats ears so I uninstalled it.

The pitch function on the songs list does not work well. Pushing on one song for the pitch either stays on till I close the app or just blips and won't stay on.
I tried the free version. I paid for the no adds upgrade. Now with the latest updates I have adds again unless I pay a monthly fee. I am very disappointed.
What happened to the widget? It stopped playing the right notes and started playing the notes across the widget from the selected pitch, but only for half the pitches. Please fix! The widget is one of the best parts about this app. Will revert back to 5 starts once it's fixed! :)

I've had no issues with it. For those of you who purchased a license, you can still find and download it from your Play Store purchase history. Once you do, the ads are gone, same as ever, so the developer isn't ripping you off. He's changed business model, but he's not ripping off his earliest customers.
Not pretty, but feature-rich and does the job
This app 'was' the best I had found for those who strictly want to replace their pitch pipe. Changing from 5 stars to 1 after my paid license was tossed in the trash by the developer and a monthly fee scheme was pushed out instead. First I tried emailing the address listed and when that that was returned undeliverable I decided to update my review. FROM EMAIL : Hi, I can find no way to get rid of the obnoxious ads that have appeared, other than subscribing - despite the fact I already purchased a license. Please either let me know how to do so, forward me the old API for use with my license, or refund my purchase. Thanks for your help FROM ORIGINAL 5 STAR REVIEW : The only thing that 'was' missing, in my opinion, was the ability to create and save multiple, custom song lists, or "programs". DEVELOPER: Please consider if it would be possible to add functionality to the song list: multiple lists that can be named and saved in a "library", ability to add text line items to the song list (ones that don't require a key/pitch assignment) Thanks
This is no longer usable. It is giving two tones at once. First the desired pitch, then on top of that a second higher tone that is neither an octave offset nor a chorded progression. Other pitch apps are not doing this, so it is not a hardware issue on my Galaxy s10. I attempted to email the deveopers, using the contact link in this app description and it bounced as a non-existent address. Uninstalling.
