Players should be able to see who has signed up for each game. Also tapping on notifications from the app dont open the app properly on Android.

a poorly designed, unintuitive and very un-user friendly app....there HAVE to better options out there!! on the up side some calander elements and having a place to indicate match availability is useful....

Not sure if it's because I have an android phone but this app doesn't seem to like my phone. When I try to sync my fixtures to calendar it says they can't launch the event. Occasionally there seems to be a lag after I have given my availability that can be slightly annoying as the blue dot remains on the schedule. Thankfully there has been an improvement as now I don't have to see every single team match on my schedule!

As a parent of a child playing sport, I find Pitchero simpler, more informative and more reliable than another similar app used by her other sports team. I like that you can access it both via the app and on a desktop computer (some of us dinosaurs still use them); I like that I can see who else has been selected, how many reserves there are etc, and full address details of venues. Also that I can get a message to team managers quickly if we are running late. Simple needs, I s'pose. It is not faultless and I can't comment on the managers' view, but as a parent this app gives much less bother than the other one.

Terrible app. Constantly crashes. Shows all clubs / age groups & despite using the slider within the notifications to turn these off, it auto sets them back on. I give up trying. Its painful. By far the worst app i have ever had to be forced to use without any choice. Needs some serious tech snagging as it does not work. I'd give it zero stars if i could.

Some good features in general, but the experience is let down with how slow the App is to load (not like the Oppo Find X2 Pro is a poor performing phone!). Messaging is especially painful when you just want too pen a quick reply. An annoyance is also that you get 2 notifications for the same message when you have Club and Manager installed. Why can't all the features be in 1 App to save 2 installations and be based on permissions levels?

I'm not really sure how this app is treated so highly. I use it for my children because that's what their sports clubs have chosen and the basics are in place, but: • It's really slow to load • Once the app has loaded, further levels still take ages • The user interface is clunky at best • The graphics / UI clash • Options previously submitted aren't displayed, rather a blank set • I could go on Conclusion: Idea good, execution had

Painful app. Now have 100+ unread messages as they come as an email as well. Cannot remove unread mark as a group only individually. I also havs started receiving messages for groups i am not signed up for and not for those i am. When club admin checked system they do not understand why. Most of the time when i receive a message if i try to open it it does not. The whole interface is poor. As a club member a user has no choice but to use the app.

Works ok, can easily see fixtures and manage team results. It is taking some time for our club to take to it which means we still do some management off the app and don't use the app as much as we could. That's our user error and not the app's fault. Live results feed to Facebook works great.

It a bit buggy. It's great for what I need it for and the club sending information out. But the app itself crashes a lot, find the navigation a bit more complex than it needs to be, particularly if you are in more than one team

Could be an excellent application but for a few issues and inconsistencies, the members area doesn't seem to function correctly showing all members as unregistered, even if the web portal shows them registered. Thanks. Very quick response to acknowledge the issue. Fixes being worked on is a good sign. :)

Ok App But Could be much better....it needs the ability to chat between teams and not just at the club level. Also, to be able to delete od news etc at the club level rather than clog up the app with old or irrelevant news about other people or teams in your club. I wish we'd carried on using a WhatsApp group than switching but if Pitchero had this missing functionality then my review would have been a 4 or 5.

Not a great app. Better than managing teams via email and WhatsApp but only just. Incredibly slow to open, with some really frustrating aspects such as not showing recent messages (I can see the updates on the email notification but not in that app).

Good App, however, it seems there is some bug in the App, in relation to Back button. if try to use Back button to exit the App, it doesn't do there and stays there and keep on showing 'Getting your club ready'. you will have to kill the App to Close it.

Really hard to use. Every time I try to select availability the app bounces to an advert and does not record my choice. Ads need to be less intrusive/annoying or have option of paid app without ads? The other app out there is much easier to use.

An excellent App that can be perfectly tailored for what you want to see. I use it for my local first team and also as a grandchild plays for one of the youth teams, I get just the info for both and nothing else. Well recommended .

I can see scores. add availability and confirm selection. lost 1 star as I'm having issues with additional info that I don't need to be notified of constantly popping up. That's probably a setting I need to adjust though.

very slow to load. Information notices appear but no indication of those notices when you try to open them. Seems adequate for notifying of availability, but if not kept up to date then becomes a bit pointless.

This app is terrific. Its been instrumental in helping me to keep organised as a player with my club. Its also been really beneficial for my club to use it as a platform for organising events. I can heartily recommend this to anyone.

Largely very positive. Makes it very easy to get all the team info. Two things to work on: 1. Make it possible to show whether you're available for 1s or 2s and not just generally available (as players often move between the two and you then have to contact the captains anyway to let them know which team you mean). 2. Match information should include venue of the game, not just meet venue. Otherwise really positive!!

The concept is so good, but every time I try to make an account through Facebook, it says 'Facebook login failed for your account null' and every time I try to sign up with the form it just infinite loads when I click continue (it never goes to the next page). Please can someone help? I need to use this app to play for my club!

Brilliant app and integrates very well with other online features. However it needs to have a basketball club option as a sport. Lacrosse is an option but not basketball 🤔

It was very complex to set up two juniors as players and two parents as, well, parents and sort out how subs were paid without two lots of payments. I'm told uts easier for club volunteers which is good. As parents of junior players its 10x more complicated. In a club with umpteen teams, until you eventually work out how to turn off all the irrelevant notifications its overwhelming. You are not asked which notifications you want when you set up the account, you have to work it out yourself.

Pitchero is amazing for our hockey club. It keeps us all up to date and is amazing if you want to keep all your club members connected. You can even assign positions to everyone pre-match!! I thoroughly recommend it, and if you want to be a manager, get the twinning manager app to manage all your team's. Definitely worth five stars! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Not working properly on my Samsung fone was fine on iPhone but doesn't work properly can't see match reports or fixtures

What a dreadful site/app. it really is very poor indeed. Local football deserves way better.

App works really well. Would prefer it if videos on website could be embeded into News items rather than having to share it first though. Guys from pitchero support though provide excellent service.
