App crashes every time I try to purchase or view my digital tickets. EVERY TIME! Uninstalled the App and reinstalled it. Now it will not allow me to sign back in and will not send an email to reset password even though the password is not the issue! Hail to Pitt and to heck with this App.
Won't recommend it for now. Got a new phone and had to redownload and reinstall the Gameday app. Screen asks me for login. I never had an account before; therefore, each time I try to log in, I get an error message. There is no secondary page to create an account. Puzzling. If you are the developer, please contact me via this board.
same problem as Matt. Trying to access my bball tickets. Can't get into the app. Have de-installed and de-installed three times. Still no good. Called Pitt ticket office and they say they are unaware of the problem
Could not use when arrived at the stadium and now it doesn't work have Uninstalled several times and it still does not work.this app. Stinks!!!!
I only used this app to see my digital tickets. I updated the app today. Now when I try to look at the tickets in the app it crashes. Not sure what changed but now I have no use for the app.

The app is asking me to log in, but there is no page 2 register. The app keeps telling me that my username or password is invalid, but it doesn't give me any opportunity to reset my username or password

Continuously collapses rendering it useless. The sad part is it used to work fine, until the "fixed" it.
Downloaded the app, does not work, informed me to download updated app- there isn't one.

Always hard to log in. When you do log in, finding your tickets is a challenge. You click on tickets but then it closes the app and it is worse when you get to the stadium.
