Pittsburgh Penguins Mobile

This is a great app, except for the new radio function, which is a brutal battery drain, and very annoying. You have to keep your screen on for it to keep the radio feed running, and you can't leave the Pens screen to check something else. This almost completely eliminates its usefulness in the car, if I'm trying to use it while driving away from Pittsburgh.

I have no idea why the radio functionality had to be moved behind the Penguins Experience wall. It had been working just fine for years just hitting the "Radio" button in the top right from the home screen. But now the radio feed drops out as soon as the app is no longer in the foreground or screen turns off, and doesn't reload even after closing and reopening the app several times.

Well designed app... However the Pens Predictor has only worked two maybe three times for me since the start of the season. Even after a correct prediction, I never received the "prize". Not that I'm super concerned about it, but its the priniciple behind it. I'm not the only person with this problem for sure, so this bug needs fixing.

I got this app for Pens Predictor when it moved, and at first I thought it would be nice. It was not. The app barely functions, half the time I don't get notifications, and if I can manage to predict, sometimes it won't even go through. Today when I tried to navigate to the Pens Predictor part of the app it kept sending me back to the home page. They need to fix this app so it works better.

Absolute trash experience trying to get transferred Penguins tickets. Will not accept my ticketmaster login. Go back to paper tickets.

The radio broadcast constantly drops saying that my data signal for my phone may be congested but that isn't possible since I have a 4 bar 4g signal. Earlier versions of this app didn't have this problem to the extent that I have to constantly turn the radio on and off again. Very frustrating...

The app is much better and at the same time worse than texts. Fedex Pens predictor rarely works, about 20% of the time. Yinz should go back to texting that until you fix it. The rest of the app has a lot of great information, but is cumbersome to navigate. Fix this and I'll change my rating.

I love the app. Everything except the radio. It'll only play for like 3 minutes then just time out completely. Very frustrating while trying to either do other things on my phone or drive. Please if there is a way to fix it, help me.

Used to be a really good app. This year 2019 not so much. Terrible!!!Crashes often, wont load pages. Pens predictor is the worst. Used to be fun, now half time it wont load page to make a pick. First goal is the only question now. I used to use this most every day...now so annoyed with it, i use maybe once as week. What happened??? 3 stars only because good articles...when they load...

App is good for the updates. But is HORRIBLE at keeping a connection if you're streaming the game. Shuts off every 2 mins or less. Gotta restart the app and hit "Radio" to turn it back on. And it just happened again as I type this 🚮

Ever since the last update I get an error that says "stream unavailable. Gameday radio play is available only during pregame, gameplay, and postgame, please check back later" even AFTER the game has started. So I miss the first part of the game. And unless I have the app in the forefront the streaming cuts off after just a few minutes until I switch back to it. Beyond obnoxious.

I love the pens but this app stinks, pal unless you are using it to go to games (which isnt happening). The feed is broken and theres no predominant box scores. Like it would be nice to see player stats during the game so we can quickly check who is scoring and assisting.

Fed Ex Pens Predictor will not work. I get a continuous loop that always takes me back to the home page instead of taking me to the predictor page. I have tried reinstalling, forced stop, made sure all necessary allowances and notifications are on etc.

When I first downloaded the app you could go to a screen where you had the option to go to chat room, arcade, play 2nd period bingo. Now you don't have any of those features. I even reinstalled multiple times.

The radio link stopped working during the game on Jan 17, 2021. Now when u click the button it takes you to a website. App is great when it works but the radio feature does not consistently work.

This app was fine until I had to link my account to ticket master for my electronic tickets. Now the app won't load my account to get to them. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times and still same issue. Worried about when I go to a game tickets will not be accessible. NEED TO FIX THIS APP NOW!!!

Freezes constantly. I miss the FedEx Pens Predictor through text messaging. The layout looks great when it works. Plus I've received four notifications of my correct pick but can't tell if I won.

I used to really enjoy using this app but since the last update I just don't have the patience necessary to even try. It used to be a simple matter of responding to a text message, but now I have to go into the app and sure, it looks pretty to see all of the players to chose your pick, but for some reason this evening it simply will not load on my phone. So I guess I don't get to participate since it is nearly game time and I've been trying to load it since dinner. I wish I could still do it via text, but I am already losing interest and the season has just started. Thanks for the update, NOT!

I love the Pens, but HATE this app. The notifications don't work at all! I've changed the settings so many times and still nothing. I've even deleted and reinstalled it twice and still nothing.

Since last few updates 90 percent of videos wont run (never ever a issue for years) and looking for better options now then this mess. When it worked best app out there for pens. Now, it's the worst

The predictor does not work properly. It doesn't always respond and when I got it right, the congratulations window was froze and never showed the prize. Please fix the predict or go back to text predicting.
