All of a sudden fingerprint login disappeared. Opted for a text security code, received the code and discovered there is nowhere to put the code. No button, no little window, nothing!
Outdated and poorly optimized. Transactions that would normally take one to two business days can sometimes take up to a week. This app is slow to update in real time and needs improvement.
Since updating the app I can no longer deposit checks. The app will no longer take a picture, it focuses on the image and then... Nothing. Very disappointing.
Doesn't always work properly. Problems with mobile check deposit. Just another flaky app.
Works well but would like to be able to permanently modify payments to payees rather than having to modify monthly.

Too bad your latest updated make it so we can no longer deposit checks. It just doesn't take the picture if the check

No option to set email as the preferred means of log in authentication for unrecognized devices. I live in an area with poor cell reception and being forced to send and receive texts to access my bank app is incredibly frustrating.
