l absolutely love it.
My first Swipe, still have not seen the money in the bank, it's been over 3.5 weeks now. Been on the phone for over 30 hours with these people. They say the money is going to be in the bank in a day or two. Heard that a few times now. They never stop charging for the Crapy service should have just gave them the $1000.00 I could have saved money and the aggravation. NEVER AGAIN ! ! ! ! !
App was great when I first started using it now it freezes everytime I get to the signature page. Only way to fix it is to log out and back in again.
Great rates and I don't have to wait days for my deposit. The swip does't work on all phones but there isn't a charge for hand keying.
It has been taking multiple times to accept a payment using the same credit card. Typically, the third time seems to be the charm....not sure why. Would be nice if it worked on the first try.
I use this app and I love it! I also work with Pivotal by choice, ALL of the mobile apps have small glitches at startup but tech support fixes these trivial things very quickly.
If you delete records on app it floods all the past transactions/users with emails making them think there was fraud. Does not always work with their plug in card reader requiring app restart. Works hopelessly with wifi. Bait and switch company. Takes out $ from all transactions then cpn charges a massive amount more. Pivotal will not tell you about it.
Worse customer service and they have no idea how to run the second device on one mobile phone!!!
The "forgot password" button is not working on the login screen, please help.
Easy to use, better than square
I have had this swipper for 3 weeks now and it does not work. Have called customer service everyday and all they say is looking in to it We will call u back and they never do. Dont buy worst customer service I have ever had. They now cancel my account and charge me $300 because I can't use it. Stay far away from this company they are crocks
Claimed that I signed a 5 yr agreement with them when I tried to cancel my account, but when I requested that they send me proof, they never did. I stopped pursuing the cancellation during the holidays only to find out that on Dec 30th, they cancelled my account without my knowledge and deducted $300 from my business checking. No one has called me back from the company yet. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY
I use this everyday for my business. Never have any problems. Out of the 4 different swipe systems I've used i found an very reliable phone swipe. Love it
Why is the a large space given for a signature but only half inch above the line to sign in??? Please make bigger
I received my mobile swiper after a mountain of questions by pivotal. My first and only transaction with a client was very embarrassing when i could not log into the pivotal application. Turns out one question they over looked was if my phone was compatible with the swiper. Very frustrating customer service from the very beginning as no one seems to have a clue. Took 5 days and me calling them to figure this out. Would recommend stay away from this company.
Terrible customer service, they tried to charge me $400 because I had a month with no transactions...stay away from this company.
Liars, crooks and thieves. Don't sign up. Don't believe anything they tell you. You will see all kinds of phony monthly charges.
Pivotal closed my account after I had question of charge back they close my service and took money from my bank account and hold thousands of my sales money and refuse to give it back to me.
Great mobile payment app, easy to use and quick. It's pretty user friendly too, no surprises.
