Pixel Media Controller - mDLNA
Pixel Media Controller (Pixel DMC) enables you to browse digital media contents from your Digital Media Server (DMS) and play them to digital media renderers (DMR) such as "dlna-compliant" Digital-TV and other "dlna-compliant" audio/video renderer devices or your devices itself using local Media Player. It also enables you to browse image content from the DMS and print at UPnP/DLNA compliant/certified Printer (DMPr).
Pixel Media Controller allows you to remotely control the playback of your renderer devices, even if they’re in a completely different area of your home. Using Pixel Media Controller, you can control volume of your TV, you can pause a media file or resume play back and it also support track change for Next media file and Previous Media file.
Pixel Media Controller allows you to print an Image file (JPEG/PNG/BMP) which is reside on the remote DMS to the "dlna-compliant" Printer. It also helps you to configure your Print Job before printing to the Printer.

Doesn't work. Scans the network and finds my renderer (WDTV live) and finds the media server (Plex). I can search the server and find a film and start playing. BUT if I touch another control button (pause, rewind, forward etc) then the menu vanishes and I'm back to the select server/renderer screen and no longer have any control over the currently playing film. Have tried to email creators but their address just bounces. Shame as the bits that work seem fine.
This is so useful for me for playing movies from PC to my big screen TV effortlessly. Thank you!
Works every time , finds my pc no problem. But how do you change the default player
Crashes every time I try to pause or stop the music.
Does not wrk, does not even allow you to search for the device you need.

I prefer to use .flac music files. It appears that this app does not support .flac. The interface is fairly basic and not as "pretty" as others (e.g. BubbleUPnP). It seems to perform as advertised; however, If those two issues were changed, I would increase my star rating.
This is so stupid, it doesnt even give you optiones,it doesnt scan,it doesnt refresh, i cant control my damn tv. I need a remote asap
You need a controller, a renderer, a server and a player for Dlna to work properly. So 4 separate apps in all. Why in this hi tech era things are becoming more complicated ?. This app works flawlessly but you need the other 3 to make dlna work.
Erratically appeared to see network then not see it. No added value whatsoever
It sees it as a renderer but does not start the video file streaming on wmp12. Play to works if I do it from the wmp12 media server but it does not work remotely through the app
The good: It's working well! The only problem is it does not show playback progress and I don't know how to seek.
Cool application. Do a opportunity to select any player that installed in my phone, like in Airwire.
Keeps showing error message "Unfortunately Pixel Media Controller has stopped". Tried installing by itself and with companion Pixel apps (and opening router port/UDF).
It is great to have things just do what they're supposed to.

Just crashes when I try to run it...
Samsung Series 6 TV is not detected as renderer. where as other DLNA controller apps like bubble upnp detects the same!

Exactly as advertised
I used this app before and liked it, but most recent update broke it for my Transformer Prime. App opens and then immediately closes.
This app don't work with my Sony ps4. It does not show playstation controls on the screen the way it was demonstrated on YouTube video.
